We had supper as a family there last night and it was delicious. And the waiter we had was fantastic . He was kind and funny and dealt with my kids perfectly . Usually, the food is a delight when I get it. Take out orders lately have been lengthy wait times and sometimes have been hung up on without an explanation and or a sorry. The dining room area has been cool lately. Also, there were maybe four tables in yesterday when I was there and the wait time for the food was a bit much for not being crazy busy. This place, in the heart of Yarmouth, is good to go to if you deeply love pizza. As someone who truly loves pizza, I enjoyed this place. They have a bread toasting area that I think is genius.. It has different flavours of butter which is great. I wasn't a huge fan of their donair sauce, which is more about my personal preference than the sauce itself. My boyfriend absolutely adores this place and their sauce, and I trust his judgement. All in all, the service was great! I didn't like that they didn't have Canadian on tap, but again, personal preference. I would recommend a visit if you're in Yarmouth or anywhere else where a Pizza Delight is present! read more

Earlier today I posted about several unfavorable customer service experiences I have encountered at the Yarmouth Pizza Delight location on Facebook but I see they have deleted my comment. It was as follows... Yesterday I bought a $30 gift-card and received a free pizza coupon. I was just about to put it in my holiday card and noticed the free pizza coupon was stamped only for use in Yarmouth, NS ONLY. This gift-card and coupon are intended for my Priest in New Brunswick. After calling Pizza Delight to explain I was basically told tough luck, and no returns! Congratulations Pizza Delight. Our first time dining in, in Yarmouth, our order was messed up and we had to wait for you to recook our pizza. Our first take-out order, you burnt our pizza once, and BURNT our garlic fingers THREE CONSECUTIVE TIMES. I loved that my 15minute wait turned into just shy of an hour. Now this. I think its fair to say the third time is the charm and you have forever lost a customer. This is deplorable customer service. And trying to sweep under the rug, this repeated failure to deliver even the most minimal level of customer service. Seriously!? There are definite issues at this location. read more

As a family of 5 adults, we recently ate at the Yarmouth Pizza Delight. For four of us the meal was far from a delight. Our mistake appears to be ordering non-pizza items. The food was of poor quality, not as expected and certainly bore little similarity to the quality and presentation we came to expect at other Pizza Delights. It also took a full hour to get our dinners. For tne of us who had pizza, it was ok, but also still less than than a delight. Service was adequate, but there's a problem in the kitchen. read more

Ordered two pizzas and paid for two extra toppings on both and never got them. This is the 4th time in 2 and a half months that this has happened. When we called the woman who took our order was nothing but kind and offered us a free 15 inch (which is what we ordered). The male manager felt the need to call back and told us we don't deserve a 15 inch and said he'd give us a 12 inch. Quite sad that this is what it's come too... read more
