Then to call back two minutes later and be completely rude to us and tell us that they were not going to take debit and the only way that they were going to make our food is if we give them our credit card number. If you still expect people to buy your food during this time and try to help support your business as I've been a long-time customer, maybe stick to what you say the first time. The owner was rude, nasty and talked to my husband like he was garbage. This place had great food but the service and owner are just garbage people.

Visitors to Red Deer!!! As a visitor myself, it took me a few minutes to research and find the BEST…read morepizza place in Red Deer. They don't do YELP typically in this city, so let's change that!! I'm sorry I did not take pictures. The pizza didn't last long enough for that. Hot wing lovers. I mean REAL hot wing lovers, not any of you amateurs that think you want to try the hottest of sauces. This place has a special suicide hot sauce for you. It consists of actual California Reaper peppers with a few of the house spices. As a specialist on "MELT YOUR FACE OFF" wings, they actually get a A-. Ridiculously spicey, hits you slowly, so you think, they're actually not that bad. By the time you've actually realized your mistake, it's already too late. Lol. As they personally wrote on my suicide wing box, "Good Luck". They dress the wings first and bake the sauce into the wings, so for the truly insane, ask for an extra dip in the lava bowl, so that you can abuse your mouth. The burn shouldn't stop for about an hour or so. Lol I'm sorry, back to the pizza. House made secret dough recipe developed by the founder. Aka 'Baldy', sadly lost a few years ago. However his beautiful wife and family continue to keep his tradition and recipes alive. Perfectly cooked base, with a healthy crust to finish off each slice for you. They will do ANY toppings that you have in mind on your pizza. Stock permitting if course, but I was also told of the staff running out to the grocery store to pick up really original toppings. Talking with the owner, she states that if you order it, we can make it. Just allow extra time for toppings not typically held in stock. WHICH IS AMAZING!!! What company does this anymore?? None that I know of in my home city of Edmonton. When they say that they have customers driving in from Edmonton and Calgary both for the pizza, I actually believe it. This pizza place also claims to deliver, Anywhere. For a price accordingly. I'm 1 Hour and 37 Minutes North, in Edmonton from them. If I can afford amazing pizza delivered, I'll order delivery soon and post my results here. In the meantime, highly recommended pizza place 5 minutes away from downtown Red Deer. Well worth the trip. You won't be disappointed.

After searching for what seemed like minutes we made a call to Dadz Pizza and a scant 45 minutes later our pallets were wet with six of the most delicious roundish food items we've had, and we've had many round foods in parking lots. We appreciated the lack of phone number requirement, the willingness to 'surprise' us with a 'chef's choice', and the quick exchange at the drop off. Seriously tho, this pizza is awesome. We found Dadz with a random google search and everyone in our group of 16 is very impressed. Thanks for the great dinner!!

The fam jam and I did a Canada Day weekend adventure to Lacombe and hit up a bunch of local spots…read more After watching Lightyear at Lacombe Cinema we popped into Moe's 15 minutes before closing before making the trek home. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations! We opted for Donair Dippers (think mozzarella sticks), sweet chili heat pizza, and a classic pepperoni (kiddo request). While waiting for the pizzas we oogled over the menu including leaded and unleaded milkshakes in amazing varieties (think raspberry tea, eggnog, root beer licorice, birthday cake... the list goes on!) and a whack ton of craft beers! We also played Connect Four while waiting and drew on the walls with chalk. They also had one of those live time Facebook Like counters (think old school clock with flip numbers). We gave it a whirl and sure enough it updated live! And just as we wrapped up games the food was ready! Chris, the kitchen supervisor, was thoughtful and gave us some plates and napkins for the car ride home! We sat on the outdoor bench for a few minutes to enjoy the fresh summer air and try a few bites. Everyone enjoyed the donair dippers - not greasy at all! The pizzas were also given two thumbs up by the crew (including my super pizza picky kiddos). The crust was fluffy and soft, the cheese plentiful and stretchy, and the toppings just right - not greasy at all. I would have personally liked more spice aka heat but otherwise very yummy. The bison meat was lovely and a real treat! Prices here are a bit higher than I'm used to; however, the quality was outstanding! I totally blanked on asking if we could have done 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas. Moe's is owned and operated by the same lovely team who own and operate Cilantro & Chive! You have to check them out if you haven't yet - amazing quality and unique offerings much like Moe's. I am certain we will be popping by here again the next time we roadtrip to Lacombe - We must save room to try a funky leaded milkshake! PS Be sure to check out their funky rainbow mural wall outside on the East side of the building! Oh and you can grab a funky pizza bucket hat or socks to show off local love, too! *UPDATE* I messaged Moe's and found out that of course they can do 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas! And the Sweet Chili Heat 'za is reheating like a dream - 30 seconds in microwave, 5 minutes in air fryer at 350F!
