Attempted to call and order tonight. The man who answered the phone yelled, "I can't hear you!" We spoke up and said, "can you hear us now?" He replied, "okay, you can go f**k yourself." He then hung up on us. We redialed, and asked if he seriously hung up on us. He said, "I can't hear you!" Then he handed the phone to a woman who answered and spoke to us with no issue. Took a chance and ordered delivery what a big $40 mistake that was. food took over an hour + to arrive. Food arrived luke warm. wings soggy and chewy. they lacked any kinda of sauce and ordered two different flavors and it tasted like nothing. the pizza was dismal and only positive was the pepperoni type used. sub and friendly staff was the only positive here. not to mention a tacked on $5 delivery fee. Worst food and service ever! We ordered two small sandwiches, one order of fries, a 10" pizza, and 20 boneless wings. The fries came and 11 minutes later, one sandwich and the pizza were delivered. Eight minutes later the other food came. The wings were awful! We waited for our bill and it never came, so we walked to the bar and stood there for at least 15 minutes trying to pay. After a friend recommended we visit, my husband and I went for their pizza & wings all-you-can-eat night. The restaurant was not busy at all, but the service was slow. The one waitress working appeared to be handling both the outside deck and the inside dining room. I've given up soda, so when I requested water, I was told I'd be charged the same price as for a soda. I agreed because I was thirsty, but I've never before been charged for a glass of tap water in a restaurant! And refills, even for the water, were not free. We were told we could not place our wing order until our pizza was served, so we waited almost 30 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. The pizza tasted worse than the boxed Chef Boyardee pizza one could make at home, but we were hungry, so we ate it. Then the wings came, and the server explained that we each had 6 wings to start - 3 with bones, 3 boneless. And that's when we almost fell out of our chairs laughing. In fact, three months later, we still laugh ourselves silly when talking about it. The 3 "boneless" wings were cheap, Weis market chicken nuggets. (as the mom of 4 boys, I *know* cheap chicken nuggets!) The owners / managers who sit at the bar drinking and barking orders at the staff are not friendly to people they do not know. They are overserving patrons (we watched a man stumble to the parking lot and experience several moments of confusion as he kept trying to get in the wrong car. A staff member helped him find the right car, and off Mr. DUI went!). The food quality was abysmal. The only bright light was making the waitress laugh as we howled with laughter over the "boneless" chicken nugget wings. read more

Three of us went tonight for all you can eat pizza and wings. We got there at 6pm ahead of 5 other tables. There was mainly one server doing all the tables in the outer room. Needless to say they were all on seconds of pizza and wings(the 5 tables that came after us) and we still had not gotten any food or drinks. It took an hour for our first pizza to arrive and another 12 minutes past that for our first order of wings to arrive. Some tables got cheese pizza and some tables got pepperoni pizza, although you were not given a choice. Refills on drinks were not included so you paid for each drink (soda), and the table beside us asked for a glass of water and the waitress told her no if she was eating pizza or wings. We ended up with one cheese pizza, and a total of 24 wings (for a total of $35.00 and some change)...they came in a basket of three with bones and three without bones each order(total of 6). You were not allowed to mix heat for them...ie half mild half nuclear etc. You were only allowed to get one order at a time and they had to be the same heat ratio. There were a few tables complaining about the poor service tonight by the time we left around 8:15pm. Each of us decided that this would most likely be our last trip here. Sadly it had been recommended to us by someone else who liked the wings, but also said service was bad after we talked to them tonight. It does have a full bar in it's main section and separate seating past the bar area also. This place is very inconsistent. Food is okay sometimes, and pretty bad other times. This goes for pizza, sandwiches, appetizers.. pretty much anything. The delivery service here is also pretty poor. Anytime you order delivery it takes at least an hour and by the time your food arrives it is soggy and just not appealing. The only thing is aside from Dominos or Papa John's this is the only place that will deliver you food. We went on an all you can eat wingand pizza night to be so disappointed. The wings were dry the sauses and rubs were almost undesireable. The pizza tasted fine and wasnt very pleasent to the eyes lacked cheese and sause rings. They need to concider changing thier name to pizza shitty. And thinking its an all you can eat night you think you would have afaster service no it took 45 min. For us to get our frist set of wings and pizza. read more

Was recommended to this place by a nearby hotel clerk. Usually hotel staff have great recommendations, but this was absolutely horrible. The food is not fresh. Everything tastes like freezer burnt, frozen food that was heated in a microwave. This was the first time I actually sent food back. I was very disappointed with their pizza too. The wait for a slice of pizza was 15 minutes & the pizza tasted like it was previously frozen. On the other hand, the waitress was very nice. read more

The food is ok sometimes, the pizza sauce is disgusting. The fact that the owner sits at the bar all day and night everyday using it like it's his living room with his friends is ridiculous. For the name that it has in a small college area, it puts out good food. Their selection as a whole isn't all that large. The store doubles as a bottle shop for all your alcohol needs. However, to me the thing that is the most bothersome is the wait. The good is good, the prices are decent, but the wait is long. One time I went to their all you can eat pizza and wings and had to wait at least 15 minutes between wing selections. We would finish a whole pie and then some time later get another to replace it. It wouldn't have been as bad if we got the wing to eat while we waited on the pizza but we had to wait for both wings and pizza at points. They do deliver on the other hand. Just hope that you get a friendly or even warm answer to your phone call. Most times when I call to order the person on the other line is short with me. On the plus side, they have a system that remembers your information by phone number so you don't always have to keep reciting a list of information to them like where you love and such. Still, when you order for delivery it takes them up to 40 minutes to make the food. If you are looking for a quick hurry up snack, or a last minute food delivery do not go this route. read more

I ordered a Canadian Bacon sub and an order of deep fried mushrooms to be delivered to my home last night. With the sub, I asked that everything except hot peppers be put on it. Now to me, everything on a sub would include lettuce, tomato and onion. Well not in this case...all I got was meat, cheese and so much mayo that when you even touched the sub it came out every end all over the place. No lettuce, no tomato and no onion. The sub was supposed to be hot...it was not. The mushrooms were very greasy. I ended up throwing away 1/2 the sub and all the mushrooms. Very disappointed with the food.
