Messed up our pizza and had to remake. Then back at home we discovered our meatball sandwich with no onions had tons of onions and was burnt. And our waffles fries with cheese ended up being crinkle fries with no cheese and no cooked all the way. We called but were told by the worker there was nothing they could do. Asked for a manager and was told he was out delivering. Asked for the manager's name for when we call back and was told he couldn't tell us. Would not recommend. read more

I've ordered from Pizza Boss about 10 times. I've always enjoyed the thin crust and the Chicago Deep Dish (try it with roast beef and pepperocini), but I will agree with what others have said, the toppings on the thin crust have been very skimpy. I've actually ordered it with double topping just to bring it up to normal topping status. I've also tried the Desert Pizza a couple times, first time it was delicious, next few times it seemed like it was cooked well in advance and the crust was really tough and hard. I'm from Chicago so I like my pizza, and Pizza Boss is now my 'Go To' pizza here in Venice. read more

The pizza was good we had a regular crust with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Their oven baked subs though were amazing. We ordered an Italian and a Philly steak. Both were piled high with fresh, flavorful ingredients on a good bread roll that was toasted to perfection. This was a delivery and they beat the time given to us by 15minutes. Probably the worst pizza I think I have ever had. Ordered a medium pizza with meatball and sausage toppings. The meatballs literally tasted like those horrendous frozen (salty as hell) meatballs you get at Walmart. The sausage, well I really can't tell you how that was cause I couldn't find or taste any on the pizza that I paid an extra $1.50 for the second topping. We were very disappointed in the pizza. We ordered a large with mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage and burger. We had minimal toppings and I mean minimal. Maybe six slices of pepperoni, never found a mushroom, and hardly any burger or sausage. The cheese was super chewy which means it isn't fresh. I won't go back. If you grew up on New Haven Pizza you will enjoy the Thin and Crispy Crust. It's not exactly the same and they advertise Chicago style pizza and this would be my first forte into Chicago style but it was really good and will definitely go back. My only complaint it wasn't pie cut but I seem to recall Andrew Zimmer on the Travel Channel wants doing thing about Chicago different styles and I believe this is cut the way he showed it on his show. I've been looking for a good pizza place so I tried this one and I hate to say it but this is the worst pizza I have ever had the cheese On it just tasted like grease and salty sauce the meatballs Literally tasted like chef boyardee and I think there were 3 mushrooms in the whole thing.
