We ordered padta dishes work shrimp, clams and lump crab, for $73 a plate, but requested not a lot of pasta..half of the amount. We received a full plate of padta with the seafood. When the staff came by to see how the food was, we commented that we received too much pasta, when we asked for not much, the waiter & supervisor said nothing & walked away. When you have too much padta, it soaks up all the garlic & oil sauce, which is exactly the case here. No sauce, dry pasta and little flavor. Chopped clams in the pasta..not worth $73. Staff only wants to hear colmliments..no complaints...listen to your customers when they order!! Bring their requests to the table!! This is a one & done for us..not worth the money..not worth the 45 minute drive for us and the staff not worth the bother

A big bar that wraps around pretty much the whole first level, tons of bars stools. Drinks are cheap, $5 for a beer in AC is almost unheard in these times. The food was great, got the clams casino to start and it was good, 7.5/10. I then ordered the Chicken parm for dinner, which comes with a family sized salad for the table. The chicken was really good very flavorful and super tender, perfect amount of cheese and sauce on it as well. Pasta was cooked perfect and was very good 10/10. My wife had got the mussels with pasta and that was out of this world. First off the amount of mussels you get is crazy they give you so much. They were cooked great, cleaned really well also. Service was good from the bar as well as when i sat down. Food came out fast and tastes great. They don't rush you they space out the appetizer and your meal very well so it gives you time to enjoy it and not eat your dinner right after you finish the appetizer. Last thing is the prices for all of this is unmatched great prices and good food definitely something to try out.

We were seated near the front of the restaurant so I didn't see a lot of it, but it seemed spacious. The food was absolutely delicious. For our group size, we ordered Caesar salad, shrimp scampi, meatballs in marinara, and chicken parm. Everything was delicious and it was more than enough for the group to share. I had a glass of red wine that was good, and others enjoyed their cocktails. My one gripe is that the service from our waitress wasn't great. We were there late in the evening, close to closing so it wasn't unusually busy. But it took a very long time to flag her down for our check. She just seemed to disappear. Otherwise, a great experience.

But for us, it was mediocre at best and nearly all of our 10 person group said we'd never return. Upon being seated our server greeted us and she was friendly enough, but her competency was more of the issue. For instance, I ordered a drink, so did many others at my table. After about 10 minutes we ordered some starters, but the drink hadn't arrived yet. They actually didn't arrive until right before the main courses arrived. We noticed that the other half of our party, as well as two other tables of colleagues (not part of our party) were getting drinks more than once in the amount of time it took us to get the first round. When my drink arrived, it wasn't made properly, she also didn't understand what I was saying when I was ordering it, but it was a simple martini, up with a twist, very common. I sent what she gave me back and just stuck with water. As for the food, it was ok. The group agreed that the salad and the chocolate bread pudding were our two favorite things. The red sauce with the chicken parm was bland and the chicken parm's texture was odd considering the thinness of the chicken itself. Lots of places to eat in town, I'll go elsewhere next time.

I've been to this area many times and never noticed this place. It's next to a liquor store in the first floor of a building. Once inside it has a very nice ambiance. The hostess is amazing. She does everything. Seating guests. Checking on tables. Bussing tables. Covering furniture for impending storms. The bartender was pretty cool too. She makes a great martini. She also came by to check on the table. Had two different pasta dishes. Tagliatelle bolognese and Orecchiette. The tagliatelle bolognese sauce was loaded with meat and had a great fresh flavor. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The Orecchiette was perfectly cooked and the spicy Italian sausage and broccoli rabe made the dish. I go to AC often and I'm glad o found this gem to enjoy.

I had salmon carpaccio that was outstanding and an artisan pasta dish which was perfectly prepared. My fiancé had beef carpaccio and seared tuna, he said they were delicious, as well. We were staying at Ocean and I couldn't get a reservation at a restaurant there. I was a little nervous about picking a place off a web search, because it was my fiance's birthday, but I am so happy we did! We are really particular about food and service...and it was all top-notch. Added to this, we were two of the very last people in the restaurant and wanted to bring pizza back to the hotel knowing there'd be a late night of gambling. They were already cleaning up the pizza oven area and graciously said it was not a problem for us to order one to go. In reading a review just posted two days ago, I'm astounded at the experience because from start to finish everything was exceptional. We each had a cocktail, some wine, and shared a dessert. So, we probably spent more per person but that was by choice as we thought their prices were very reasonable. Such a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

The service was amazing and attentive, and despite many patrons, it wasn't too loud. It felt very cozy. Everything is pricey but well worth it. Because we had such a great time, we came for dessert twice. The "dolci assortiti" is a natural choice because who can resist a sampling of cheesecake, tiramisu and flourless chocolate cake with zabaglione and whipped cream. It was a small serving of each, but they were all wonderful, with the cheesecake being denser than a typical NY cheesecake while the tiramisu was so light, and the chocolate is always a satisfying option. They have a few desserts served tableside, so we gave the "pere al vino" which they bring over a wooden tabletop and slice up and assemble the pear, berries, and cream. It's fun to watch and the pears were so sweet paired (pears paired - ha) with the soft, decadent cream. It was a little show and sweet, healthyish fruit. A different occasion, we got a special that wasn't on the menu (against our original plans) which was a gelato (we got cappuccino) with a berry sauce that was prepared tableside. Anything with a flambe is exciting and draws attention from other tables. It made such a tasty fruity puree on top of the gelato for a perfect combination of hot and cold temps melding together. Then we also got the affogato with vanilla gelato, both gelatos being super flavorful and creamy, this one with a nucillo amaro liquer to up the ante on coffee flavor with a little buzz. It was also a large size serving plenty for 2. I do want to actually try entrees one day, but they have such amazing baked desserts, gelatos, and tableside prepared offerings that make this a unique experience within the Hard Rock.
