Upon applying directly on the website, I've received a message and email that I'm not qualified or fit for the position and they've moved forward. Been calling to find out from Ms. Josephine the issue, all attempts remained futile and mind you she was reaching out to me before the interview and I was able to access her before the interview. This is rather strange, extremely disappointed in regards to their approach.

Because of the chapel experiences and incorporating lessons about the Bible, she has formed her own relationship with God. She loves him and prays to him and it just fills my heart up with joy! Miss Vivian, Miss Melina, all of the teachers (Miss Ellen, Miss Toni, Miss Lynn, Miss D, Miss Gail) and staff are wonderful and caring. The energy is positive and it's definitely our little girl's second home to the point where she wants to stay even after being there all day. This is my 1st child and it was really a challenge for her and myself to drop her off on the first day, but this school made that transition much easier and I appreciate all of them for being such a great part of my child's life. And then we came to Crossroads! Mr. Doug took my husband and I on a tour - and that's where we met Ms. Toni! She had a fun, loving, upbeat personality with a genuine love for the kids. While I worked, I was at ease knowing my son was cared for :) I felt as if every day my son came home knowing something new! I don't feel they even clean their toys or sanitize properly at this rate. Thanks to this place I've been stuck dealing with pneumonia for the past week and my son has strep throat with an ear infection - who is only 20 months old. We enrolled our daughter in the infant program mid - month. We paid the tuition for the month in full. We had some personal circumstances in which we needed to pull our daughter out of the school after less than 2 weeks. When we gave our notice we were told that we had to pay for the entire next month - $1,250.00 to be exact! It did state this in the contract but we thought that we can talk to the owner regarding this payment. She was rude to us and told us that we had to pay the full amount and she would not discuss it further. A few days later we got a letter in the mail stating they were going to pursue legal action against us and make us pay the tuition plus all of their court fees! I understand they are running a business - but to serve us with a letter like that a few days after we took our daughter out of the school is just wrong. We never said that we weren't going to pay the tuition - we just needed some more time due to some financial issues we were having. We tried to talk to the owner about the problems we were having, but she would not listen. She obviously only cares about one thing - and does not seem to care about working with any families when it comes to getting paid. I would not recommend this school to anyone.
