St. Ann School has been a wonderful experience for our family. Our son Marc was new to the school…read morethis year and we were uncertain how things would go. He came from a school that he attended for 8 years. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our son has made new friends. The principal and staff have been amazing. We were especially impressed with the school's commitment to it students' well-being and various clubs and school activities offered. It's easy to see that St. Ann's invests and cares about its students. What really sets this school apart is its emphasis on community and inclusion. We also like that it is a feeder school to Notre Dame high school that is right down the street. St Ann's and Notre Dame work nicely together. Our son has really thrived in this supportive environment, and we couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend!

They offer a range of extra curricular activities and provide and after school program for those who need it. They are also able to foster a religious based learning environment, which helps to keep major bullying issues away. We feel our children are being properly prepared for their high school years and beyond.

I'm writing this to share an honest experience for other families who may not fully understand how…read moreprivate school policies can impact them during difficult times. My children attended this school and were happy there. It was the only school they had known, and they had built relationships, routines, and a sense of stability within that environment. When our family experienced financial hardship due to job loss, we were no longer able to meet the tuition requirements. As a result, our children were asked to leave. I understand that private schools operate as businesses and rely on tuition. However, what was difficult was the lack of flexibility, support, or transition planning for the children. The process felt abrupt, and there was little acknowledgment of the emotional impact on them. For young children, being removed from their school environment is not just a logistical change, it's a significant emotional disruption. That part did not seem to be considered in how the situation was handled. I'm sharing this so other parents are aware: If your financial situation changes, there may be limited options, and the outcome can be immediate. If you are considering this school, I would encourage you to ask detailed questions about: -financial aid policies during unexpected hardship -transition support if a family can no longer afford tuition -how the school supports children emotionally in those situations The education itself may be strong, but families should understand the full picture before committing.

We have been a Chapin family for eleven years…read more My older daughter had attended Chapin since pre-k and graduated last year. She was more than ready to take on the challenges of secondary school. Her freshman year was an academic success! Throughout her years at Chapin, she has grown to be an independent, well-rounded individual. She's not afraid to email teachers about assignments, ask questions when she is uncertain about something discussed during class, or voice her opinion about anything. We owe those positive attributes to Chapin. My younger daughter has also attended Chapin since pre-k. She continues to amaze us with how much she's learned in just a short amount of time. We owe that to the excellent Chapin teachers who not only educate their students but also care about their growth and development. My husband and I are excited for my little one to experience all that Chapin has to offer in the coming years. Chapin is an extraordinary school. The decision to send our children here is one of the best decisions that my husband and I have ever made.

My daughter, now 3, loves going to school every day. I also put in my second daughter part-time (practically since birth) and she goes to the teachers easier than some family members! The school has a different vibe than the chains, but in a good way. Don't expect fancy apps and digital progress report cards, but we don't need that. It is very apparent that they care for each individual child in the school and help them progress at any age.

She will say your child is doing all this hitting when all the kids are hitting each other. It really doesn't seem like a controlled environment for kids, DO THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT YOUR KIDS ARE DOING? My daughter would refuse to answer to Mrs.Maria because she told me she didn't care for her, I had no choice but to leave her in this woman's clutches so I told my daughter to respect her. My daughter told me Mrs. Maria pulled my hair and was talking to me and said what did you do to London and why are you hitting people. Obviously the woman has lost my patients with my daughter so I decide to not go forth with returning her to the school also she is quick to threaten you beware of this school, it's just a school of sadness and disparities. There is also a personal detail that I don't want to add in here for the public to see, my daughters and my experience was horrific and unbearable.
