Take a look at the gorgeous bouquet I picked out with yellow spray roses, pink gerbera daisies, green button chrysanthemums and purple spray chrysanthemums. As you can see, for the low low price of $60 plus one kidney, my daughter received not one single rose, of any color, and no gerbera daisies... So, none of the higher end flowers were anywhere in sight. I called to complain that the bouquet of flowers was not of the caliber I ordered. They stated they were allowed to substitute if they don't have the prescribed ingredients. I have no problem with substitutions, but the substitution should be a rose for a rose... A gerbera daisy for a disbud chrysanthemum. After all, FTD has a list of acceptable substitutions. This is definitely not to their standards. Oh... I forgot... When I called to complain the woman stated she was allowed to make substitutions. When I stated substitutions were a rose for a rose, she offered $15 refund. I took the measly refund because that's the only recourse I had. BUT, YELPERS CAN TURN MY LOSS INTO SO MUCH MORE. Please take your business elsewhere.
