The best part about this place, however, is how the proceeds go to various community projects and scholarships. Quick Rundown: Atmosphere: 5/5 - nice little boutique vibe - reminds me of some of the vintage shops i once frequented when i lived in Los Angeles. The music was a perfect mix of pop/rock from the 80s/90s/00s and wasn't so loud you couldn't think. Staff: 5/5 Super sweet, and very helpful. They offered to get a room ready for me once they saw the number of items i was carrying about (probably thought i had lost my mind - which i suppose i had what with those prices). Parking/Location: 5/5 It's right on College Ave. It has a large parking lot and is easily within walking distance of Elmira College, Jimmy Johns, and the equally fabulous Yeni's ice cream parlor. This outdoors superstore has a great selection of outdoor gear and supplies with several departments under one roof including: camping, outdoors apparel, camo gear, hunting, dog training supplies, auto accessories, electronics, guns, archery, knives, binoculars, fishing & tackle, footwear, food, snacks, souvenirs, gifts, kayaks, and more. There are several clearance of items on sale throughout the store. Name brands such as North Face, Columbia, Under Armour, Carhartt, and more are sold here. Field & Stream is also fun place to visit too with stuffed game displays (elk, bull moose, bear, deer, buffalo & others) throughout the store including the large mountain of animals in the back of the store. There is a warm fireplace with comfortable chairs at the front entrance, though the cold draft from outside blows in too. This place is very similar to Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops, but on the smaller scale here. No aquarium or shooting gallery, and no snack bar here, but they sell food such as beef jerky, candy, fudge, dried camping food, jar goods, and spices. I shopped here for some shirts and pants and there were some decent styles in the clearance racks, but most of the good stuff was for really big guys XL-4XXL. In all, I like this big outdoors store and it gives me another option between Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops. I also shopped at the Field & Stream store in Altoona, PA, which has an identical layout and very similar decorations.

I'm just driving thru to my anniversary celebration weekend (year 1 down) to parts unknown (he wont tell me) and most likely will never be back this way as I live in NYC. Corp has officially started to ban consumers for life if "caught" paying for other Walmart shoppers' groceries. After Walmart. Corp has decided to give a life ban to never go in Walmart, Sams club or any of Walmart's sister companies after a 40-year-old man named Damon Darling was giving money to help an older woman pay for her groceries. Walmart employees then gave a trespassing notice to him and told him he cannot return to the location. Not too long after he being given notice was he then given a permanently life ban to any Walmart store and active to this day. further information can be given on the web, as for Walmart they lied and claimed he was causing a disturbance that was "in rightful regard to Walmart customers" yet said customer was merely paying for another groceries.

She had seen him standing there the whole time, yet never communicated that she was closing the line. If she had simply let him know earlier, he wouldn't have wasted his time. It's disappointing that the employee couldn't either take a moment to let him know or just finish his order since he was the last person in line. We expect better customer service from Wegmans.

This Target is even better than before! No more super long lines with only two cashiers because that seemed to happen a lot. Now, I can check out super quick in the hopes that people with a cart full of stuff don't get in the self check out! The employees here are super nice and always helpful, I come here often enough that they know me, it's bad, I know. For a smaller location, this one has a lot of options and what I love is that even when things are 'sold out' at other Targets, we're in a more rural area so we still usually have it! There is a ton of parking. The one thing I hate is the parking lot and exiting but that's not Target's fault. This Target has a Starbucks and it's amazing. It opens at 7am before the Target opens.
