We need a Chamberlains where we live. We order from them several times a year for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and have always had great service and great flowers/plants. We usually talk to Glen on the phone, but everyone we've ever spoken to has been wonderful to work with. I had a sympathy arrangement delivered recently, and was very happy with how everything turned out. The only direction I gave was that it should be elegant and modern, and it came out gorgeous, cheery and unique! I'll share the comment from my stepmom, who received it: "Thank you so much for the arrangement. It is stunning. Really really beautiful. Such a thoughtful gift." It was also nice to be able to include a gift basket with some bath balls and such from the Chamberlain Acres gift shop - that sets the gift apart. Charlie and Glen never disappoint. I needed a last minute birthday bouquet so I stopped by. Glen pulled together a stunning bunch of Gerbera daisies, tulips, roses, and more in 10 minutes while I enjoyed poking through the shop treasures. When I was housebound after surgery a few weeks ago, one call sent a lovely arrangement of primroses out for me. Another call and a lovely bouquet was delivered to another friend.
