They consistently get the photo sizes wrong, even after we provide clear specifications. We've been…read morethere twice, and both times the visa office rejected the photos due to incorrect sizing. On top of that, they also miscalculated the total cost. When I went to collect the pictures, they charged me more than the original amount, claiming they had made a mistake when they first billed me. This felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, they encourage customers to leave a five-star review in exchange for a $15 CAD discount. Unfortunately, I agreed to that the first time before realizing that their photos would actually get rejected.

DO NOT GO HERE paid $339 for 6 photos, quality was sub par and I was told I was getting 5 digital…read moreimages as well as an 8x10 print. After 2 MONTHS of waiting, calling and then emailing I was finally met with the answer no that myself, my best friend and my cousin who were all in attendance at my appointment that I was wrong. They're Liars and cheats and I wouldn't waste the money for such garbage. I got over 200 images done with Bondi Photography which is better quality and more images for less money then I paid these money hungry monsters for my maternity photos. MAGENTAS IS HEARTLESS LYING SWINDLING LOW LIFE PATHETIC POS if you're having a newborn don't come here you're wasting your money for little to nothing and to be told lies! GFYS magentas.

Got a like-new Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Autofocus Lens for $299. Seriously. He knocked off…read more$50 because my budget was $300. This store is full of goodies for amazing prices. I have no idea where the hell I was (mostly because I don't live here), but I have a feeling this is near the middle of BFE. One of the reps at the other Henry's on Eglinton was sweet enough to actually draw my dumbass a map to this store. Either way, it's definitely worth trekking out there if you're in the mood to get new camera toys but don't want to spend an arm and a leg. I've never seen a used camera shop like this in Denver. It's amazing. (This entire strip on Dundas E seems to be full of outlets and the like.)

I think that henrys and me just generally speaking have issues with each other. I got a quote done…read morefrom the Toronto location(which is closed on Sunday, but all other GTA locations are open...makes sense...!) so I got this location to flip the quote over into an actual order, which when I was dealing with the gentlemen over the phone, he seemed to be very exasperated over the phone over the whole ordeal, which boggled my mind, considering the amount the order was for. I was told that one of the items I requested was not in stock and they would have had to get it transferred from the main warehouse to them, I told them that this was fine, but I needed it by a certain date. the item came in a day early, which was great news, but horrible in comparison to it taking a grand total of three business days for the item to come in(they missed the first transfer truck, and the second transfer truck wasn't until two days later) I swung by, picked up my goodies and was on my marry way, or so I thought. upon coming home and testing out the equipment I purchased, I was to find out that one item was missing the "factory packaging" which I didn't think much of it, until I went to use it and found out the item was defective(learned a lesson here, test it before you leave...) so I went back the following day, to be ignored by a manager/supervisor and ignored by the gentleman who cashed me out...which again, I thought was really weird considering how much money I spent at this location, after about 20 minutes of waiting for someone to help me, I was finally taken care of, the piece of equipment was swapped out, with a little paper work. I'm happy with my equipment that I got, but the process, and general service I received, really grinds me to the bone. this location has ample parking, but it is very tight parking in regards to a larger vehicle, and you can smack into curbs or into the columns that are protecting the store, an ok location, close to the highways, not a lot of stock as it is the outlet location.

Love this addition in the Chinatown neighborhood! Having been here usually on weekends, they do get…read morequite busy (both cafe side and photo lab side). I usually get a flat white and you can let them know if you will be drinking in store so they do not give you a to go cup. The resident dog in store (I hope it is because each time I see him there haha) is adorable and so well behaved!! I really enjoy the vibes here but do keep in mind the store is slightly below ground level and there are stairs going down so not wheelchair accessible.

I stumbled upon Graination as I was walking along Spadina this week. I saw the words "specialty…read morecoffee" and I knew I had to pay a visit inside. Turns out they are in their soft opening currently where they opened about a week or two ago. Despite the coffee shop in the front of the store, they also have a photo lab at the back of the space. I saw lots of film being sold as well as overheard that they have processing services as well. I primarily came to try their coffee so I can't comment much on the photo lab services. Coffee wise the menu is basic and simple. A bit on the pricer side compared to other coffee shops in the city. They use Hatch coffee beans. I ordered a flat white to consume there. The staff were friendly and attentive and my drink was made at a reasonable time. The flat white was great. As I sipped on my drink, I admired the photography on display. They also have photography books to browse through as well! Overall, great new addition to the Chinatown area. Love the coffee and photo lab concept. Definitely would return to spend time in the space for a coffee!
