How is it they are in the business of mental health but are the cause of so much stress? That's mind boggling. As a patient, making an appointment. Taking the time to submit all necessary information for insurance processing. Waiting for the approval to then make an appointment. Being seen. Then afterwards receiving a phone call stating they do not take the insurance you've submitted and processed with the office. To then be billed... over 100 dollars.. Had I known my insurance wasn't accepted I wouldn't have made the appointment in the first place. But because it was said to have been approved I proceeded with it. I am disappointed in business they are trying to run. Do better. Train better. Make this right.

You will be continuously taking medicine to numb the pain without seeing the issue or fixing the problem! At Salama Chiropractic Center I was able to see an x-ray of the pinched nerve in my back and the reason behind my stiff neck. The office location is very convenient right on wendover in greensboro. A few highlights to mention are x-rays are completed in-house which was extremely important to me for fast results and billing purposes. In the first office visit you will meet the billing team to discuss insurance and payments so you won't have any surprises. They have already spoken with your insurance so they know how many visits you receive for the year and copay information. Not to mention you receive a goodie bag with a free ice pack which adds an extra touch of service. Dr. Salama has excellent bedside manner and always greets you with a smile. He takes his time to chat with you and will answer as many questions as you wish. He takes his time to break down the significance of treatment, discussing things such as your posture, types of shoes you are wearing, day to day activities that could be detrimental to your body and treatment. After the first 3 visits I noticed a significant difference. I no longer need to take ibuprofen or other prescription medications for my neck and back. I am now able to walk around more and carry out my day-to-day life without constantly having to sit down and feeling tired. I still have a little ways to go but it's much better than the year I was on medication from my primary care doctor
