The atmosphere itself is very peaceful and beautiful, making me want to stay and linger just to bask in the ambiance and admire the aesthetics. It's a nice change of scenery from the typical clinical settings of medical establishments. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and such a joy to be around. We look forward to seeing them each visit, as they are the highlight to our week. In regards to the adjustments, they offer a wide range of techniques in how they do chiropractic care, alongside additional offerings that are in line with a holistic lifestyle. They are very educated and have always been helpful in providing resources to me when I was in need of more information about specific topics. The many moms that I've had a pleasure of talking to first started coming here to find support during their pregnancy and have had great birth experiences as a result. The adjustments they offer for children are gentle and assist with their development and nervous system. Overall I recommend this practice if you are looking for a lasting change in your health and lifestyle and open to the results holistic care can offer. I've read the many testimonies they have collected overtime and it's amazing to read how many patients were able to avoid surgery or come off medications because they decided to give Twin City a chance.

I called Leah the same day and she scheduled me for the safest time frame to see me, about 5 days after an injury. I didn't believe it at first but I asked one day why she had certain things on her side table. So no one who requests a wellness test goes in with a preconceived notion, I won't tell you what is done but... to say it bluntly... I was shookith. She recommended some supplements to me and I started off with three. Then that turned into five. Which turned into my partner getting a few. Which has turned into me not needing a sleeping aid for more nights in a month than ever in the last 15 years and a late day trip to get some that we ran out of, specifically the sleep supplement. As someone with a sporadic schedule, this works well for me. However, the dr does offer package specials for those who can come in more regularly. When you come in, you sign in at a little electronic pad and pinpoint some areas you have trouble with. Dr. Crealese comes out once he is available (which is usually very quick unless he is with another patient). He talks to you about your pain, your alignment needs, what could be causing it, etc. I've had some awful experiences at big-name chiropractic offices, including inappropriate sexual advances from a male chiropractor. At club chiropractic, I feel safe and dr. Crealese is a consummate professional. He explains everything he is doing and why, very thoroughly. I have never ever felt uncomfortable or as if I am anything other than a patient. I cannot say enough good things about club chirapractic!

I've gone to chiropractors in three different states. Dr. Grosman is the best I've ever worked…read morewith; I've been with him for over two years now. Here are the reasons why: 1) His treatment works. Other chiropractors have had me in much more frequent treatment with little to no change in my condition. I'm a pretty loyal patient, so I gave those other doctors a fair shake--several months of treatment or more. I started to receive some relief from Dr. Grosman's treatment almost immediately, and now I keep going because it keeps me in good condition. 2) He's honest. I suspected some of the other chiropractors I worked with were stringing me along, treating me frequently to bill my insurance. Dr. Grosman's staff sat me down and discussed up front what treatment I was likely to need and what my insurance coverage limits were. My treatment frequency has been based on my need, not my policy limits. I was actually surprised when Dr. Grosman suggested spacing my appointments further apart; he could have billed my insurance for the more frequent visits, but he didn't feel I needed them. 3) His staff is professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. They make a point of greeting me by name, even though I'm only there once a month. 4) The office is clean. That may not mean much to some people, but it means a lot to me. 5) They're low-pressure. The office offers nutritional supplements and weight-loss stuff that they themselves have tried. They make it available and they're happy to tell you about it if you ask, but they don't force it on you. 6) They believe in education. Dr. Grosman gives regular sessions explaining why chiropractic works, so you understand what you're doing and why. He also makes patients partners in their treatment. He's not there to "fix" you, he's there to help you help yourself feel better. It's about promoting health, not treating illness. 7) They're prompt. I rarely have a wait for treatment that's more than ten minutes, and usually my wait to be seen is less than five minutes. 8) Billing is convenient. They bill my insurance company directly, and I just handle the co-pay. For some reason, a lot of chiropractors require you to submit your claims yourself, which is more work than I feel like doing. All in all, I'm very pleased with Dr. Grosman, the clinic, and the whole staff.

Recently, I started going back to Dr. Grosman for my hips and neck. He is always professional, friendly, and personal. He works around my schedule and needs, not his. I usually feel better before walking out of the office! Another reviewer stated all his good employees keep leaving, but I think they are confused with another office. The staff that was there for my treatment 9 nine years ago was the same staff there just recently. And they are all friendly and accommodating. In fact, even after all those years, they still remembered me. It's nice to have a doctor's office that has a personal touch. While the decor may not be modern, everything is clean and neat. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
