They are open from 8-4 Mon, Wed, and Fri and 8-6 on Tue and Thursday. Dr. Jonathan is trained in dry needling which was a game changer for me. I had to have two additional surgeries to correct it, and while it's much better, it will never be good, it still swells and hurts if I walk a lot, etc. Even getting a pedicure hurts that toe. It caused me to be off my feet for three months right after the surgery because it was so incredibly painful. And now the bone spur that's on the little toe is hurting again because he did such poor job grinding it down, and I know this because the foot surgeon who fixed the 4th toe showed me the X-ray. In addition to that, he is very arrogant about his abilities as a doctor, which of course doesn't add up with my experience. Steer clear of this guy.

I just love her style - she's very REAL and spends time talking with you about both your medical issue and life in general. She was very sympathetic to my financial situation when I was seeing her (unemployed and without insurance) and always went out of her way to ensure that my costs would be as low as possible. My only regret is that once I became employed again my only option was Kaiser and I couldn't continue to see Kim for my medical needs. I HIGHLY recommend this practice, and Kim Kinder in particular.

Compared to our previous Dr. (who was also a wonderful doctor), office visits are painless; no long waits (we used to wait 2 hours or more to see my old doc), the office staff is a delight (not so with our old doc). I received cortisone shots in both knees and a recommendation to use knee braces for gym, sports, and activities. When I asked, the assistant working with the doctor the cost of the braces, she quoted me approximately $150 each and noted that she needed to order them--for arrival the next day. Seemed pretty reasonable. Conveniently for PVOC/CAO, the billing system was down when I went to pick up the braces, so I ELECTRONICALLY signed for them without paying attn to the cost. I was billed a couple weeks later $298.61 for each brace. I attempted to return the unused braces, but the receptionist indicated that once I walked out of the office with them, they were not returnable. I left five messages for the Olney location office manager (Ryan) to question the return policy and billing. No matter what time of day it was he was either at lunch or not in the office. It's been over 2 months, and he still hasn't returned any of my calls. The only call I did receive about the braces, was a harassing call from the billing department.

His assistant, Bianca, was always very efficient and helpful and I got through the appointments without undue delay. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing for the appointments with my orthopedic surgeons. Drs. Smink and Perim were very nice and answered all my questions, but the wait ranged from a half hour to over an hour. The receptionists and nurses are all very nice and efficient but I wonder who's managing the office there. Great physical therapist and doctors but be sure to take a book to read while waiting to see the Dr!
