I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! My white cabinetry started yellowing within months after…read moreinstallation. I brought this to the attention of the owner Jimmy (a real character), and he blamed it on my cleaning products(WATER)! After a few trips to his office about this over months of wasted time he had found out it was a finish issue. I was told by him there's several other of their jobs that this happened to also. He claimed that he would resolve this issue by sanding, staining and refinishing them IN MY HOUSE??? Seriously? Since my last visit(a year ago) I have learned he had "attempted" to fix one of the other mistakes and failed miserably. The aforementioned customer was forced to accept a subpar finish they didn't originally choose and then sign a disclaimer that Kabinet Koncepts was no longer responsible for said cabinets after that. My white cabinetry is completely yellow at this point and an absolute eyesore. If I had to do it again I would have went to Dream Kitchen, ManorHouse or Patete like my wife wanted to. Good luck and do your research first...

The finish was done so well that the seam where the bowl meets the top is invisible. I've received many compliments over the years from our guests. The installation was professionally done and they were in and out in a very short time. If I buy more for my other counters they'll definitely be my first choice.

Right after the project, I would have given PK&K a 5 star review. However, the product that they…read moreused for our kitchen cabinets is not good and it is peeling. When I asked about remediation in January 2025, which was about a year after the remodel, I was supplied a couple of drawer fronts. I contacted the owner who said that he would help and I patiently waited until today, September 2, 2025 when I noticed additional peeling. The product that I was sold is definitely defective. It make me sad because I saved for years to get another kitchen. I was at least hoping that it would be good for 10 to 15 years. Here are two examples and there are others. I am hoping that this is made right.

I wanted a small,…read moreenergy efficient home designed for me to age in, after watching Parkinson's disease force my dad to leave the home he loved. They hooked me up with people who got my vision, from architect to artisan to site graders and landscapers who worked with me to create a "ruin garden" from the foundation of the old home I couldn't save from the wrecking ball. It was a dream come true to see my vision become drawings become boxes on the factory line and finally be assembled together in one day into the house I now enjoy every single day.

They knew a lot, and when they didn't, they reached out to someone who did. We had worked with a well-reviewed local architect previously, and spent twice as much money for a small fraction of the work EcoCraft was able to do for us with ease and on a much more reasonable budget. While the architect always had aesthetics in mind, they never seemed to have our personal aesthetics or our bottom line in mind. I found the team at EcoCraft to be incredibly respectful of our financial limitations, and to be transparent with costs from start to finish. The preconstruction on our very challenging property included multiple meetings with the City, lots of paperwork, and what could have been real headaches. EcoCraft made this part of the project a complete breeze. Lastly, they use SIPs construction, which means your eco-friendly dream house will go up much more quickly than with many other building methods. Highly recommend them!

We are so grateful to have found Mystique Renovations. We were matched to the company through a…read moreHomeAdvisor inquiry after close to 2 years of failed attempts at securing a contractor. Our project was to remove a VERY outdated, dilapidated sunroom/greenhouse room on the back of our Pittsburgh-area home and replace with just a simple concrete patio. We needed the structure, tile flooring, old interior doors, and drywall removed. We then needed a staircase refinished, new exterior doors installed, and siding installed to replace the drywall. JR and his team not only took care of these items through quality work, but then they did some additional projects to help us prep the home for new renters. JR was truly a dream come true for us since we currently reside in CA, and I was going through a high-risk pregnancy that didn't allow me to travel, let alone stress about this important project. JR provides text updates with photos. He explained new options when necessary and, most importantly, gave us fair pricing. Out of the quotes we had received, Mystiques was in the middle, but we chose to go with the company because JR gave us confidence that our home would be in good hands. And it was! Thank you, JR and team. You earned every one of those five stars!

But the one thing we keep coming back to, aside from our health/family, is being so SO thankful for you guys. Your team of direct employees, your sub contractors, everyone.. every single person that we have met has left a wonderful impression on us. You guys build A LOT of homes, so maybe it gets lost on you (although with the patience we've experienced from each of you, I suspect not), but this process can be so stressful. Heck, when we came to you guys from our last builder, we had broken spirits and honestly weren't even sure if building was something we wanted to do, but you guys changed that. We've had friends that foolishly went with other builders tell us HORROR stories about their own experiences and every. single. time. we look at each other and shake our heads and think "omg that was almost us, but THANK GOD we went with Costa". Every step of the way you guys have been patient, up front, honest, kind.. the list goes on. This home is a massive investment for us, and as first time homebuilders this has been a little scary, but every step of the way Chris and Tony have made us feel more relaxed , calm, and confident. I could honestly go on forever but I really just wanted to drop a quick note to say Thank You. Thank You for all you've done so far, and all that you guys will do over the coming months, to make our home amazing and something we will be so very proud to call ours for years to come.
