He thrives on the positive reinforcement and structure his teachers give him. The center is very well run, organized and consistent. I could not ask for a better child care experience. I plan to keep him in YCLC until he is school-age, as they have a certified preschool program. I am so thankful for the experience we have had at YCLC. There is nothing more amazing that dropping your child off every day fully knowing they are in caring, capable hands that will nurture, teach and guide him.

My second daughter came home with a black eye one day, & they blamed it on ME even though my daughter was almost 5 years old & told me it happened AT SCHOOL on the playground (so why hide it?), my kids have been picked up MANY TIMES with poop diapers on, they're always hungry when picked up, the staff is SUPER rude most of the time unless ,, they close down MULT, but days for holidays that most companies don't even get a day off for, like the Fourth of July for example, they never keep the teachers that are actually diligent in their jobs & enjoy them, & they could care less that you haven't been able to work & will call you 20 minutes before you're usually dropping off the kids go let you know, hey, you can't drop off your kids if you don't pay us immediately even though they've already been paid for the MAJORITY of my payment through the government & I also explained I haven't been working (I own my own business & have lost clients) but the director could care less & has 0% sympathy.. this is RIGHT AFTER I had a doctors appointment at 8, called them & asked if I could drop off my kids by 9:30 but I was told no, because it was an appointment for myself but I PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES. I should be able to drop off my kids whenever I damn well please & not be harassed for payment in the same swoop.

She came home singing and smiling on the very first day! Her vocabulary has exploded. Her attitude is much more cooperative. When she is mastering a new concept, you can see her little mind thinking. She has become very helpful in cleaning up after herself. Her consideration for others feelings is astounding! These things are just the tip of the iceberg when trying to caption everything she has learned at Kids 'R' Kids in Concord. This was the best move we could have ever made for our child!
