The staff is hardworking and they invest their hearts into caring for the children that are entrusted to them. My son's teachers have always been open and communicative with us as parents. We always get a detailed report of his day and they always share concerns and changes as well as celebrate good days! We plan on having our son enrolled here until he is school age. It is like his second home- he looks forward to going each day. I would recommend LDC to any parent seeking quality childcare.

This, of course, is after the fact that anyone there constantly has a holier-than-thou attitude and actively tries to pit a child's two parents against each other by "tattling" on one or the other. I struggle to come up with a more appropriate term than "tattling" because it really is nothing but an extension of their supercilious BS and general nosiness.

They use the MyKidzDay App so I can (obsessively) log in to see when and how much he's eaten/ slept/ any activities he's done each day. The teachers take pictures throughout the day and send them through the app, and you have access to a class video camera if you want to peek in on them! One time I peeked in through the camera and saw his teacher had all the teeny tiny newborn babies in a semi circle, all sitting in their little chairs and and was reading to them ! The teachers will make seasonal crafty things with their handprints and pictures and they do events like trunk-or-treat at the center! They're always up to something fun! Communication is great too. I won my first auction from this Goodwill and when my item was not shipped after a number of days, I contacted them. They replied and informed me that due to conditions it would be longer than expected but they gave me a date that would be the latest I would have to wait. So far they are treating me as I would expect. I have never checked the shipping fees for things I have ordered from Goodwill. Companies are going to charge what they want and need to make sure they don't lose money doing it. I am sometimes put off by the shipping and handling charges they add, but they tell you that even before you start bidding so it's up to you to pay attention. All in all, Goodwill's mission is one to help people that need jobs and training and one that I support. If you don't like the auction process you can always go to their stores and take you chances finding things you want. But if you want selection, you may be amazed at some of the things you can find online.
