They use the MyKidzDay App so I can (obsessively) log in to see when and how much he's eaten/ slept/ any activities he's done each day. The teachers take pictures throughout the day and send them through the app, and you have access to a class video camera if you want to peek in on them! One time I peeked in through the camera and saw his teacher had all the teeny tiny newborn babies in a semi circle, all sitting in their little chairs and and was reading to them ! The teachers will make seasonal crafty things with their handprints and pictures and they do events like trunk-or-treat at the center! They're always up to something fun! Communication is great too. I'm a physician at the medical center and I'm so grateful for the effort they make to stay open no matter what. During the last snow storm the director slept at the daycare center so that she could be there to open at 6 for the families that needed to go to work at the medical center. I had to call the director, Heather Shaw, and ask why they were not checking on my child. he ate once. not because my son didn't want to eat. but that's all they fed him. he came home with deep bloody scratch and hoarse from crying for extended amounts of time. never ever send or reccomend this place. they are now ignoring me and what happened to my child. I'm not the only one this happened too.
