John was very quick to reply to initial call and his schedule allowed him to come within days of my initial request. He gave me a specific time when he would arrive, and he actually arrived at that time. He worked quickly, quietly, since I work from home, this is important to me. His pricing is very reasonable. He even offered to show me how to do the fix, if I wanted the DIY project! After he was done, he explained his work, made a recommendation on additional issues in the ceiling and how I could do them myself and then he swept the floor and cleaned the counter! John is just a nice guy and he is my go-to for anything with plumbing. THANKS JOHN!!!!

We also wanted a camera inspection of our sewer main line to confirm the stuff we are using to keep the roots out is working. Nick gave a ballpark cost over the phone for the bore scope inspection and after seeing the shower gave us a quote on that. The prices were all fai and he replaced the galvanized stuff with brass which won't rust. The bore scope inspection confirmed no roots in the line and he called me downstairs so I could watch it. We are happy with Nick's service and prices. He's an honest contractor who won't try to take advantage of you.

Although they did arrive fairly quickly, they told me they didn't have the proper tool for the job. They needed a power rodder and the plumber didn't have one. He said he would gladly come back the next day. Of course, that was unacceptable. Can't have a family of 6 live in a house without toilets. He then stated he would call around to see if he could find someone else that had the tool needed. He never called back. I called him several times and left voice mails but he never returned my calls. Very unprofessional. I obviously had to go elsewhere! I'll never use Gordon's again.

Mike is an amazing plumber! Despite having found him at the poopiest of times (literally), we feel…read morelucky to have found him. Recently our basement flooded with water when there was a gigantic super cell storm. Mike came to help very quickly after we reached out to him, despite being swamped with tons of other similar complaints. He quickly addressed a huge range of issues ranging from cleaning and cameraing our sewer line to closing our stack drain, fixing our flooded out water heater, helping us with our boiler and radiators (which suddenly weren't working just as it started to get cold out), and more. Mike's honest and fair. He tells you what really needs fixing, what can wait, and is able to think creatively about solutions to save money/maximize value. It feels great knowing we have an honest contractor rooting for us instead of trying to squeeze us. In a sea of overpromising, overpriced plumbers, Mike stands out above the rest. 5 star work and service for sure!

I believe in good service and when I receive it, I always tell/refer others. My Mom's kitchen water pressure was very low. She called her home warranty company who sent out a technician. That's a story in it self. Anyway, I told her about Mike. I called Mike on a Thursday for her and asked if he provided service to her area. He said he would contact her to discuss her plumbing issue. Well Mike and his team went to my Mom's house that Saturday and were able to resolve her water pressure issue! Talk about efficient, professional and just an all around good business....Hydro Tech it! If you need a reliable plumber, contact Mike. Mike, thanks for resolving my Mom's plumbing issue. Job well done!!!

In 2005, my mother hired Ed's TLC Contracting to do some plumbing work…read more They are now going under the name of AAA-Ace Plumbing and Sewer Company. (Exact same phone number and Ed is still in charge) My mom passed away shortly after she contracted with Ed, we recently did an audit of some of her building expenses. We found two bills, 9/21/05 and 9/23/05 BOTH paid in full. Two of the line items were exactly for the same repair/re[placement. A Gerber laundry room faucet ($465) and $390. Rather expensive for a $35/faucet. But charged and paid for TWICE. There is ONLY 1 laundry room in the building. I recently contacted Ed directly, sending him the copies of the posted paid invoices. Asking him about the duplicate charge and to refund the smaller of the two amounts. He refused. Granted it has been many years, but the audit was just conducted and the discrepancy found. Ed took advantage of a dying senior citizen and now refuses to correct his mistake. I'm using the term mistake, only because I find it difficult to think that his business would take advantage of a female senior citizen who died of cancer shortly after he performed these services.

Fixed the problem, then proceeded to check all the other bathrooms and sinks to make sure everything was draining properly for no extra charge. 5. Paid him the original price he quoted for a job well done; he sent a text 1 hour later saying I overpaid him by $20( discount) and would zelle it back( Honesty) All these qualities are rare to find nowadays... Would not recommend! We had a kitchen remodel with new…read morecountertop and new sink installed. Needed the sink pipes to be reconnected professionally. Eugene did an ok job as the pipes are reconnected and working. Since he was here, we needed shut off valves replaced as they were leaking. Eugene got them replaced. After he left, we discovered another shut off valve that needed to be replaced. Called Eugene back for this and he was willing to come back for this but that would take time. As we didn't want to wait, we had someone else come in. This second plumber noticed Eugene's work on valve replacements were not done properly. Eugene only replaced the front knob part of the valves when he should have replaced the entire valve and charged for full parts and labor. NOT very professional. I'm now not even sure if he is licensed? I usually don't write reviews but thought I should let it be known. Additional remark Greedy? You didn't properly replace the valves. Only replacing the front knob part, which is what you did, solves the immediate leak problem, but the whole valve should have been replaced to prevent any further problems. How is that greedy?
