Recently the New Alexandria Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning company cleaned my beige living room and…read morehall carpet. I was amazed that the "path" through the living room and hall had disappeared after they were done. The whole carpet was much lighter and brighter. The carpet that I thought had to be replaced was so clean when they finished that replacement was not necessary. They also thoroughly cleaned my long sofa. I had assumed it would never come clean. It was amazing to watch their cleaning procedure. I had this carpet steam-cleaned several times, but their equipment and procedure was far superior to just steam. Would I call them again.....Absolutely!

I have finally found the absolute best carpet cleaning company ever! To say their cleaning was exceptional is an understatement! New carpeting for the unit was already being considered, but after the crew examined the grime and spots left by a tenant, they felt confident they could do a good job. After they were finished, I was astounded to see 12+ year old carpeting that looked almost new!! It was a complete transformation. The excellent and prompt service I received from the office and the professionalism, courtesy, and competence of the entire cleaning crew exceeded my highest expectations. There is no reason to try anyone else...it just couldn't get any better.

They told me it could take weeks to get a part that might fit it or I could put in a new system. 3 days later (I have no air at this time and 90 outside) a guy Named spike came out to give me a estimate on a new system $11,000.00 jut for air. I turned it into my home insurance and they questioned $11,000.00. I called 2 other companies and the first one was able to fix my air with a $92.50 part and $95.00 service fee. They are out for your money $$ and use Covid as excuse for the cost and delay in service. I called and asked for some type of refund because they misdiagnosed. They said some one would call me back two weeks now and no call or letter explaining. * DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! * highway robbery!!

So last Tuesday October 11th, a gentleman came out to check our oil furnace. Well, came up as bad,…read moreI was very skeptical so I asked other companies for another opinion.. let me just tell you how much this company shined with that immediate comparison alone. Not only was our heat exchanger broken, but most of the circuit boards were fried. Blowing not only CO2 into our house but they also made us aware of a scary possible electrical problem in our electrical supply or the electrical in our home, for the boards to be fried but it never popped the breaker.. The owner of the business came out the next day to give us a quote. He checked all the returns, the supply, the duct work and the furnace itself. Went over our budget and our needs before giving us information on what he felt were our best options. He was extremely friendly and very polite. And was very upset he didn't have any space heaters to lend us to keep us warm in the meantime.. which I never expected him to offer in the first place. After we gave him the go ahead they started work Thursday October 13th. Immediately got it running to the point that we had heat! Yay!! Now we did require more work than the simple swapping of furnaces so the install took three full days, Thursday, Friday and Monday. But every single person at our home, was courteous and polite, neat with not only their work but between days, and left the area spotless when they left. What the owner, Greg, said was very true.. "There may be people cheaper than us, but you will not find another company that takes the time or does the quality of work that we do." Thank you so much!

I was hesitant at first getting a zero turn in the first place is why I chose to get a top of the line John Deere x590 garden tractor. But when it gave me problems with less than 208 hours and West Central chose to not warrant the claim, I knew it was time for a change. This was the best move I ever made. Chip and his son, Joe, listened to my concerns and placed me in a mower for my needs. They took the time and the patience to direct me to a no-nonsense mower that would work for my acreage. I am now the owner of a new Ferris 500s zero turn mower. I can't thank the Hildebrand family enough. They gave me a good mower at a good price, have always been respectful with me and I know as in the past they will do right with me.

Recently my basement was flooded with at least 12" of water. My washer and dryer just happened to be in the basement. I contacted the first repair person recommended to me. The unnamed (for now) repair service persons (2) spent no more than 10 minutes in my basement. I was charged approximately $85 including tax and given an invoice that states "multiple components need replaced". They insinuated my appliances were inoperable. JRF Appliance Parts & Repair was the second repair services that came out. I needed a second opinion. The repair person actually examined and cleaned the innards of my washer and dryer. He told me the dryer was good to go. The washer's motor "might" give out someday and need replaced but it works, too. He wrote out detailed invoices for each appliance with information about the parts affected and how much each would cost just in case I wanted to replace anything. He charged $270 to come out and do what he did today. Both repair services gave me an estimate of $600 on parts for each appliance. Thanks to the honesty and professionalism of JRF Appliance, I have my washer and dryer back AND i haven't been taken to the cleaner's.
