Then afterward she offered me an upgrade wash. We have had a membership since they opened and never ever had anyone treated us the way their general manager did. I know all about the two bucket method with grit guards, foam guns, etc. I have all that stuff. But sometimes I don't have hours to detail my car and love bugs decided to bang all up on my bumper. So if you're like me and occasionally need a drive-thru wash, this place should be on your list. Pit Stop is conveniently located on Gause not to far from Interstate 10. It is literally down the street from Starbucks so getting a cup of coffee, snack and a wash is easy peasy. Despite being on Gause, you actually enter from the side street right past the wash. Don't try driving over the curb unless you've got a Jeep. Once in the lot there are two lanes with touchscreens where you select your wash. Prices start very reasonably and top out at around $15. For $15 you get tire shine and liquid wax which will help make your car shine a little longer than the lesser washes. One issue I did have was that the tire shine was not as high quality as other similar washes I've used in the past. My tires were more of a matte look than the high gloss I expect. That aside, this is still a great wash. PS Don't peel out and cut a donut on Gause when you leave. Sure you look cool, but the po-po don't play.

There are several gas pumps here and a carwash, too. The gas prices here are usually slightly higher than others in the area because it's located in an place where other gas stations aren't very near, thus no competitive pricing. If this gas station is your only option (i.e. You can't go another mile or two for price comparisons) then it's a pretty good choice.

This Tommy's is only a couple of years old and is still bright and clean and in good repair. The…read morecar wash is not touchless, but it does a good job cleaning my little car without beating it up or scratching the paint. I get a lot of coupons in the mail from them which has led to a lot of free car washes the last couple years. The pricing is comparable to the other places around. Convenient location and the traffic flow is nice in/out and around. They tend to stay busy, but I have never had to wait for a turn at a vacuum. Cleaning-wise, I think the Pitstop Carwash up the street does a better job washing the car BUT I prefer Tommy's because of the extras you get. The vacuums are powerful and the hoses are long so you can vacuum the whole car. There are little compressed air blowers available so you can blow the residual water out of all the little crevices on your car. My favorite - they have floor mat washers to wash and clean your floor mats. Microfiber rags are available for wiping down everything and they have decent window cleaner and chemical products for cleaning the rest. Fantastic! I generally hate cleaning my car, but having all this stuff available makes it painless. The car wash cleans the car well enough to just drive through and away, if that's all you want, but the extras are totally worth it. A little elbow grease and my car looks great.

Went to report it and the gentleman was so professional but the person behind thought is was funny. I saw damage later to my vehicle. Im sure the car behind me is never coming back again either. They looked devastated.
