The initial contractors that I found, would not come out to perform a roof inspection. They would simply take a drone shot of my house, then quote me outrageous prices to replace my roof site, unseen. Found Dynamic Property Solutions on Thumbtack and they had rave reviews. Enrique contacted me right away and not only did he request to schedule a roof inspection, but once he came out, he pretty much diagnosed the problem immediately. Enrique is a straight shooter, his prices are fair, and he and his crew provide a first class experience from top to bottom. I did end up replacing my roof and I'm glad that I chose Dynamic Property Solutions to do it. I highly recommend them.
