She told me it would take 24hrs to give me a refund. And she had a disgusting attitude. I've  worked service industry lots so I understand how it works and how unprofessional the whole interaction was - i then snapped back at her and said if she had time to stand there and do nothing she had time to answer her effin phones and I left. The manager then called me SCREAMING and yelling about 3 minutes after I left the store , so unbelievable unprofessional I'm so taken back. ( I recorded her but unfortunately I cannot upload on here). Saying things like "she was older than me and knows more ( I giggled @ such an irrelevant comment)  & how we ate half of the order (I told her at the counter that the only thing we ate was the sandwich we had ordered - everything else was in the bag) she was mad she refunded me the sandwich back with the rest of the $65 order. When we finally got to speak to someone and place our order, we kindly asked if they could repeat our order as the man on the phone had a hard time hearing us. Instead of reading our order back to us he said "cmon man I'm busy I don't have time for this". All we wanted to do was make sure our order was correct and got such a rude answer from the man on the phone. Don't know if they were having a bad day or what, but I've never experienced such rude behaviour from big daddy's in my life!!!
