The grilled chicken sandwich was a joke. It had like one table spoon of chicken in it. It was tasteless I threw it away half way.

This sandwich was definitely made from someone who knows how to cook Italian. The pieces of veal were thick, and tender; with the cheese melted all over, and sauce lathered on top of the veal. The bread was fresh, and tasty; definitely a very well-made sandwich! To be honest, I would have liked for the bread to be crunchier however, that is just my personal preference. In terms of the atmosphere, it was a small shop, with some seating in the front, and more in the back. This place is more for take-out therefore, the seating isn't the most comfortable, and it is dark in terms of the lighting. We did see other individuals coming in to dine as well therefore, there were a few of us in the restaurant at the same time. Service was top-notch, with the lady behind the counter bringing the food quickly, and asking us if we enjoyed everything once we had finished.

The reviews on this place must be family and friends. We just left and it's disappointing. The…read moreblonde waitress was also pretty rude. There's no ambiance - a few sticky tables and no AC. I asked for a bun and cheese and they gave me attitude like they were doing a favor to charge me extra. It was not a language barrier. Pasta was fresh and good but veal was dry and not hot. Chicken was just ok. Will not return. For $100 to feed 4 ppl, I'll keep driving to Etobicoke to Mama Martinos.

And what's that sweetness in the rice? The small round potatoes were cooked well with a crispyish outside and warm inside. I also got some fava beans, which I seemingly have never had before but will again, and it had some meat with it and it was tangy and just great tasting.
