The guy working the beer cooler down there was super friendly, and they have a firefighter's boot by the register to collect money to help out the local firehouse and all the guys serving the community. He, too, also wished me a Happy Father's Day and thanked me for my business. Nothing like patronizing a local, small business in a very tight knit community. This place does everything right, and the entire layout of the premises is really cool. Bulk items, baking/cooking ingredients, pop, Lancaster chicken pies, ham loafs whoopie pies and more are available and always in stock. They also carry (one of my favorite things) Raw Milk! In addition to groceries, they sell decorative plants as well as garden plants along with outdoor furniture! And, as always, they provide fantastic customer service.
