I contacted Emergency No More Septic LLC for a plumbing issue in my basement. Seth Plaster, owner,…read morecame out and told me that my drain field was bad. He gave me a price of $4,432.64 to repair the drain field.He said if the repair did not work, I would need a new field. I paid him $2,216.32 to start the job. Seth told me after a few hours that I would need a complete new field. Seth gave me a price of $14,411.72 to install 300 feet of new drain field. I asked him if the $2,216.32 I already paid would go towards the new field. Seth said NO. So my new drain field would cost me $16,628.04. I needed it done and assumed this was the going rate since a new roof cost me a arm & leg. So Seth did the job. After the job was completed I showed Seth a issue with the bathtub drain, which was the start of this nightmare with the basement bathroom. He said that a pipe was cracked under the cement and it would have to be repaired. Seth gave me a price of $17,839.16 (yes you read that correctly) to repair the pipe under the concrete floor and he said it would take 1 -2 weeks to complete.I contacted my insurance guy ref this and he said I need two other quotes. I had two other plumbers come out to quote me for the basement floor plumber issue. I asked the first plumber what he would have charged me for the drain field and he said $10,000.00. He was supposed to send a quote over for the repair in the floor and never did. The second plumber I contacted did come out. I asked what he would have charged me for a new drain field and he said he just did a 250 foot field for $7,000.00 He quoted me a price of $8,000.00 to repair the pipe under the concrete. I chose him and it took 1 day! In looking into Seth and Emergency No More Septic LLC after my experience, I found reports of similar complaints involving high charges and permit issues. Based on my own experience, I believe my case raises many of the same concerns. I want to point out that Seth NEVER came back out to grade my drain field.He was paid in full also. I called his office and left several messages and texts. I did speak to his wife Candy twice. The first time she said that they where closed because of the publicity of him dumping his septic waste in the National Forest. I told her its funny that you say you are closed when you are picking up supplies at the plumbing house. The other time I spoke to her and told her to refund me $1,500.00 cause that is what I will have to pay for someone to come out. She said that she was going to consult her attorney and get back with me the next day, which she did not. I have all calls recorded and also have texts. I warn anyone that you need to stay clear of Seth Plaster from doing any work for you. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Tennessee

They showed up on time, That's The ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. After the Technician showed up I told him I had changed Inlet water screen, ignitor and flame rods and had flushed the system. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!! It took me about an hour to take burner out, clean it, blow it out and put everything back together!! Guess what??? I have Hot Water Now because I fixed it, Not this so called Professional Company!!! Save Your Money And Do NOT Call This Company!!!! I got charged $230 For These Thieves To Tell Me My Hot Water Heater Was Not Working!! LITERALLY!!!! CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE GUYS!!!
