Well, you probably be better pricewise just getting it from Amazon or your local hardware store. It's kind of cool that they sell these and enabled us to make it last-minute decision to put a lock on the bridge. The gentleman inside is very nice. and lent us a Sharpie to write our names on it.

It looks like an old store with very little parking up front on a very busy street. I was surprised when I walked in to see that it was so big and spacious. The store is brightly lit and there are not a lot of aisles to walk up and down. Instead the layout allows you to glance over and easily find the section you are looking for. The staff is very friendly which is nice because they actually talk to you unlike the nicer-looking liquor stores where they just ring you up and see you on your way. Today, I was looking for a special gift for my father's birthday. I knew I wanted vodka but had no idea which brand was best. I was helped by two elder staff members who were very helpful. I figure since they are older they have more experience. I wound up leaving with Moscow Mule copper mugs, Gray Goose vodka, lime juice, ginger beer and a nice blue gift bag that says cheers! I didn't know that vodka was primarily made in France, but they were able to find a Russian brand albeit a lot pricier. I settled for the Great Goose which I was assured is the best. I was able to put together a nice looking gift in less than 10 minutes from this shop. I will be back.

Apparently this lady is not happy in life or with her job. Her and her white line rules is a joke. Apparently when no one is in the line you have to wait to be called to counter. I am a mid 60s man not a child. If no one is in line I'm going to the counter no matter what she says, but will never go back and will let everyone I know to go down the street for better customer service. This business really doesn't care about customer service as long as she's working there!

It's nice to walk into the friendly atmosphere and not into a seedy shop for winos. They have gift bags and other accessories you may need to make the perfect cocktail. There's usually a deal on one thing or another and plenty of beer salt at various levels of heat. They even have some lemons and other fruit near the counter in case you forgot to hit the H-E-B. The staff is friendly and pretty much hands off unless you need their help. There's plenty of parking as it is located in a very popular shopping strip near Military Drive and Zarzamora. You can grab your liquor, go to the bank, and head on through the Whataburger drive-thru all in one spot. What more can you ask for?
