This review involves the Callaghan location, I was told there was an event going on and there would be venders talking about their products and giving free samples. For someone on a budget it intrigued me to be able to try one before spending $30 on the whole pack. I did not realize that I would be leaving feeling embarrassed and wondering why I even came. I walk in and immediately am met with skepticism from a lady that asked for my ID. Expected, I had it with me. Gave it to her and told her I was just going to look around. I was then followed and made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Stopped to read a pamphlet about the CBD products and was again interrupted and told I could take a picture and study it later. At this point I was over eyes on my back and I went and stood with the vendor waiting for him to be done with who he was talking to. I stood there about 5 mins. A few mins into talking to the vender I was interrupted yet again, and the vendor was told that if I didn't make a purchase I was not able to speak with them anymore. So I got all the info for the vendor, grabbed an air freshener and paid. Was then told I was free to talk to the other vendor. Thanks but no thanks, the absolute ugliest way to run a business and I will not be back. This is a direct review on management, anything but professional and inclusive.

While walking, we passed Del Mar Wine & Cigar and I convinced everyone we should stop for margaritas, a decision I later regretted. My wife, brother, brother-in-law, and I each ordered one. After walking out and taking our first sip, we all immediately looked at each other and asked the same thing, "Is there any alcohol in this?" To give them the benefit of the doubt, we kept drinking, thinking maybe we just needed a few more sips. That never happened. We all finished our drinks and were convinced we had just paid $12+ each for what tasted like straight mixer. If there was any tequila in those margaritas, and that is a big if, it could not have been more than a splash. The fact that we even left a generous tip makes it even more frustrating. What should have been a fun Riverwalk memory turned into a disappointing and overpriced experience. Avoid this place if you are looking for an actual margarita.

However the lack of proper restocks and a stubborn unreliable owner lead to several problems. The owner will refuse to adjust prices even with information to help adjust them. The owner will refuse to restock products even after being told multiple times. The owner will also sometimes answer a call and tell you the customer that something is stocked without even knowing if it's there simply to try and get a sale, which just leads to you coming to the shop and thinking it's the workers fault. This store deserves better, it deserves better wages, better sourced product, better priced product and a chain of command as opposed to whatever messy situation it has currently. Go here for the workers, go somewhere else for better prices.
