Redneck Taters
Debra W.

Introduced to this place via a coworker and it's good solid eats. I often find myself craving their Buffalo chicken wings here. They are big with a punch of flavor but not drenched in a Buffalo sauce. Their version of potato skins here are delicious as well. BBQ sauce, meat and cheese - need I say more? The kids menu is lacking a little expensive. $7 for a tiny ass pizza. I was better off ordering off the regular menu for my son. Call ahead for easy pick up orders. With Covid, they have closed some seating but there is ample Space between all the seatings. If you want to sit and eat, they have a bar and an ample amount of local beer. They have a virtual game machine and an axe throwing area.

Welcome to Flavor town! I was on a road trip and looked for places featured on triple d and found the "Pit Road Bar & Grill. This place totally exceeded my expectations. There is an arcade and go kart tracks (which people take very seriously, so maybe not the best tracks if you are a beginner). I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which is incredible. It had a lot of bacon on it, but everything else on the burger had a perfect ratio with the other ingredients. The Redneck Taters made me like pork. They were like a baked potato, but with pork on it, topped with incredible sauces. You can't screw up Caesar Salad but you can definitely make it better. The Caesar Salad wasn't drowned in dressing, nor barley seasoned with it. The Pit Road Bar & Grill sure know how to make food. The atmosphere here is wonderful, and I hope I can come here again.

I think this concept is really neat - let the kids ride go karts, and the grownups can watch, and enjoy food and some drinks at the bar. You don't come here for a top-notch meal, but you can still get pretty good food and drink. (Not many vegetables available, FYI!) I was interested in trying some of the main points from DDDs, which I did, and I'm not super impressed. The choices are unique, though, and I give them credit for that. Drinks are a little overpriced. They do have a full bar though, which is nice, as well as a few select wines. The moonpie sliders are actually pretty good. I was a little hestitant, though I love chocolate and I love burgers. I didn't really taste the candied bacon, though, which I think would have added a whole new element. They were a good appetizer, though. I tried the Concord for my main meal (From DDD). I was especially drawn in from the fig preserve spread, as I love figs, over the steak filet with blue cheese. This dish didn't do it for me. The steak was a little too hard and chewy, and the blue cheese crumbles just weren't working. I wouldn't order this again, sadly. The hot lap sandwich that my husband ordered seemed to be the more popular winner, with the shredded chicken and mozzerella cheese. This is a great laid back atmosphere to hang out, have a few drinks, and if you're crazy, try some go karts.

Omg the food is fantastic and there is so much to do here. Highly enjoyable and a great place! Make sure you try the appetizers, the sliders are awesome, the wings very yummy! They were on guy fieri show diners, drive-ins and dives. Try the sandwiches that were on the show! Loved it

Awesome concept. Great facility and the restaurant has a great view of the racing. The food in the restaurant was as good as advertised. Not anything that will change your life but definitely better than your average bar food.

I can see why the Triple D went there. I was there last week and order the buger and I was extremely please. The quality of the meat was exceptional for a game centered facility. I can't wait to go back and order another Burger. My only complaint would be the coke was slightly flat simple fix the carbination to syrup ratio is off.

Im his was not a freestanding restaurant. It was inside a indoor go cart establishment. So I can't give it any stars just an FYI

We were looking for a place to eat before skipping town that could accommodate a small group (6…read moreadults and a baby) and a dog. We went across the street and they didn't allow dogs on the patio so a quick Yelp search led us to Jack Beagles. With a dog in the name, I figured it would be dog friendly and I was right... it's event dog friendly inside which was great since we had the baby and it was hot out. They were happy to seat us in the dining room and since breakfast was about to end and lunch was about to start, we had the option of both. Some ordered breakfast and a few of us order the tenders because our server said it was one of the most popular items. I don't normally go for tenders at a new place, but they had garlic parm which drew me in. They were pretty great and served with waffle fries. My buddy got this massive burger that I was eyeing as well and I had a little bit of food envy when it came out. It was called The Big Bear and was sporting 2 Patties, 2 X Bacon, 2 x White American Cheese, Pickled Jalapeno, and Chipotle Aioli. I would definitely try that next time. Only odd thing was that when the burger came out, my buddy asked for a knife other than a butter knife to cut it since it was so big. Instead of offering to bring it to the kitchen to cut it, she came out from the back to say they don't have any steak knives and the only sharp ones are with the cook. No big deal, but a little odd. Anyway, we had a great lunch before hitting the road that accommodated all of our needs.

I come here because I live in the neighborhood but I noticed how unwelcoming the attendant at this one is. SHE WILL NOT SPEAK TO YOU, just stare. Very odd! I see from the reviews that I'm not the only one who experiences this. I'm super friendly and polite so it's ridiculous. Just go to Noda and they will take care of you, actually speak and provide efficient service!

Luckily we snagged a spot and walked over to the lake area. We were seated quickly and our server took drink orders and gave us a chance to review the large menu. There is lots to choose from but, we decided on shrimp tacos. We tried the chipotle tacos and the grilled shrimp tacos. Both were very good. You get a choice of sides, and we tried the Mexican street corn salad and the Mac and cheese. I wasn't a huge fan of the corn salad. It was served cold, but I wasn't really a fan of the taste. The Mac and cheese looked creamy and gooey and was told it was really good. Next time I will order a different side. The atmosphere here is bright and lively with a nice view of the water where you can take paddle boat rides. People love to walk over here, so it is nice to have an open view. The restaurant has a tiki bar vibe and has surfing theme throughout the place. Really fun and relaxing. This is a great stop if you are in the area, expect to circle the lot a bit on the weekends, but the food and atmosphere are great here. We will definitely return to Boardwalk Billy's.

We started with the deviled eggs, which were not too creamy and very well spiced. We then ordered cranberry mimosas, a chicken and waffle, an a veggie omelet. The cranberry mimosas were so fun because we got to make them ourselves! The chicken and waffle was ok- I requested gravy on the side but it certainly needed the sauce. The waffle was a little dry and the chicken was average. The veggie omelet was excellent and I enjoyed the fillings. I'm not a potato fan, but my friend enjoyed the potatoes. The biscuit was standard too but complemented the veggie omelet well. I'd say the star of the show were the fried French toast sticks- they were hot, sweet, and hit the spot perfectly. If I came back to Whiskey Warehouse, I'd choose the deviled eggs, French toast sticks, and mimosas.
