OVAVERVA - Fun Tower: 3 lanes of side by side water slide.

This place is amazing! There is something for everyone! Feeling active? Go swim a few laps in the…read moreindoor 25-metre lap pool. Or practice your diving skill by jumping off a diving board into the diving pool. Got babies and children that just want to splash around? Stop by kiddie pool where they can splish and splash until their heart's content. For the older kids, or the kid inside of you, head to the Fun Tower for a variety of water slides. Want to take in the great outdoors? Then swim out to the outdoor pool and take in the slopes, all the while not leaving the pool! Or if you're in need of pampering, head to the spa for some quiet, relaxing time. Luckily we were given wristbands from the hotel we were staying at which gave us free entry into the spa and aquatics area. (And you bet we took advantage of it. We went everyday during our stay!) Without it, there is a separate entrance fee for each area: spa, pool, and gym. The spa is located on the second floor, while the aquatics is on the ground floor. The locker room is very basic. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, towels, and slippers. Hair dryers are provided. The outdoor pool with the Jacuzzi beds was unbelievable! Since we went during winter, the surrounding was breathtaking. It was like a winter wonderland. The contrast of the warm water and freezing cold temperature was definitely an experience. To be able to see frost form on your eyelashes and hair right before your eyes is something else! This was the definitely the highlight of my visit! Be sure to stop by the Fun Tower. It is located in between the kiddie pool and lap pool. (We had a bit of a hard time finding it since it's tucked away.) There's a 3 lane water slide where you can race with others to see who can get the fastest time. There was another water slide where honestly, it was so scary for me, haha. It's like a straight shot down into darkness. So if you're looking for some adrenaline action, that's the water slide for you. We also did another slide where you can get either a one or two person seater floatie and head down a twisty, winding water chute. We also had the opportunity to use their spa. There are areas where it's women / men only and coed area. There are a vast array of saunas and steam baths for you to choose from. There's also a coed area where you can relax on lounge chairs and take a nap or read a magazine. But most importantly, there is the Bio-Sauna which requires you to go NUDE. That's right, no swimwear allowed. We found out this the hard way when we opened the door and had a viewing of everyone in their birthday suits! So what do you do when you're feeling hungry? There is a bistro located on the first floor. You can also order healthy snacks at the spa. Or if you would like a quick bite and don't want to change out of your swimwear, there is a counter that sells light bites such as hot dog, drinks, and candies for your sweet tooth. And please note, the hot dog is not American style bun. Instead the hot dog is nestle in a bun, which I have to say is genius! No way that hot dog is slipping out of the bun! Also, no need to bring cash/credit card as payment. The wristband that is given to you is how you will pay for your meal. At the end of the visit, that's when you can pay with your credit card/cash. I'm honor to be the first to write a review for this place. Just thinking about it, makes me what to be back there now. If you're staying in St. Moritz, this place is a must! I can't wait to come back again!

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our experience. While everything looks incredible on camera and in-person, the actually facilities could be better. We went on a weekend and it was packed. I understand that it could be busy on weekend, but this felt like next level. There was pushing and shoving both from the guests in the locker room and the staff. I felt bad for the overworked cleaning staff. I didn't like them pushing me from my locker. The lines were also very long in the locker room. We were hoping it was just a hiccup in the lockers, but all the facilites felt like this. The seats were left soggy and wet. They were packed and sorta loud. It felt more like a public pool than a spa. I think if I went in with the mindset that it had a public pool/gym feeling and very packed pretty spaces I would've liked it more. We booked three hour entry and left within the first hour. They also were out of water. It was still very beautiful, we just had a bad experience.

Visited these baths in Brigerbad during low season in mid-May. It was like having the place to ourselves. But this is a huge facility that caters to the ski trip crowd in the winter months. They have an infinity lap pool with at least 6-8 lanes, wet saunas, hot baths, warm baths that are indoor/outdoor with lots of cool features, and gym and massage/beauty treatments. The prices are Swiss (expensive), but worth the value. Bring your own towels, flip-flops, toiletries as this is not a day spa that provides it. They do provide lockers and hair dryers. It seemed more like a mix of a gym (with a focus on water features) and day spa, but with a restaurant as well. Anyway, totally awesome experience and a hidden gem in Brigerbad.

Everything we did at the spa was wrong. We got there too early, we wore shoes after the changing room (a huge no-no). After a swim in the admittedly beautiful roof-top jacuzzi we changed into clothing to eat lunch (sitting in wet cold clothes in the bistro did not sound appealing).... and all hell broke loose. We were 'ABSOLUTELY' not allowed to wear clothes to lunch. When we explained we didn't want to sit in wet clothes we were met with blank stares. After lunch we promptly were told off for bringing a plastic cup of water outside of the Irish Bath area and for trying to eat a muffin near where we bought it... muffins must be eaten in a specific muffin eating area apparently. All told we were scolded a total 5 times in just a few hours. If you're looking to be told off repeatedly and to pay a handsome $350 USD for the experience, this is the place for you! If not we recommend taking a swim in your hotel bathtub.

I imagine the experience in this hotel varies greatly based on which room you get. As the previous…read morereviewer pointed out, the rooms are all in various stages of updating/renovating. My specific room had a nice balcony, updated bathroom, but older furniture and beds. The room was a decent size, although the refrigerator under the desk made it impossible to sit at the desk and fit your legs underneath. My room also had a great air conditioner, which I understand is not standard in all rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, happy to give advice or information on things to do in the area. Closet space in room 442 is quite good with plenty of hangers. The shutters on the windows do a pretty good job of making the room dark at all hours, important for those of us with jetlag. There's also a US outlet in the room for those who are short an electrical adapter. Some areas for improvement are the hotel beds and especially the pillows. Beds are just okay, not particularly comfortable. But the pillows are hard as stone. The placement of the shower head (in a corner of two walls) makes it quite hard to actually be under the water, so you are required to take the handle off the holder. The motion-sensor light in the hallway was a bit annoying, as every time I moved while sitting near the desk, the light would go on. Wish there was a way to turn it off.

It is only a 5 minute walk down the hill to the main center of town and boat launch. This is a family owned hotel since the 1920's and the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are spacious and some have balconies with good views. The rooms were very clean and different from each other. Some seemed to be renovated. Our friends had a flat screen TV, balcony, but old furniture. While ours had a tiny old TV, but updated furniture and bedding. The hotel has a hot tub and sauna area as well. Their is a restaurant located in the hotel and a bar/lobby area, which is decorated in an old style that reminds me of my great grandmothers house. The restaurant serves OK food, but nothing to write home about. There is a breakfast buffet served in the morning that was the typical standard Swiss breakfast selection. Their are no hot items for those that like hot food in the morning. But lots of great Swiss cheese, cold meats, and bread.

Once checking in, we were able to schedule massages for the same day through the DOT spa. The spa and services were lovely, very modern and they really perfected their branding across the board. The other parts of the spa were great, with two different pools. They were warm but I wish there was a warmer option or hot tub. The spa did not allow clothing for the sauna and steam rooms but most people didn't adhere to this. I wish there was a non co-ed option due to no clothing being allowed. In our room, we received robes and a bag for towels which was nice. Our room was also decorated with rose petals which was lovely as we indicated when reserving it was our anniversary trip. For food options, we did purchase the breakfast buffet which was excellent. We also opted to get this delivered for room service the last morning which was 10 francs. We put in a few special requests here but some were missed. Additional dining is limited and their restaurant was pretty expensive, even the bar food was as well (41 francs for a burger with fries). Because you are at the top of a mountain, you don't have much choice but the food was pretty good - it was just more "fine dining" and portions weren't huge. We did the candle light dinner experience the second night and this was a good value. Also, wine options were plenty and we were allowed to sample before committing to a bottle which was nice. Drinks overall were expensive The views overall are what made this place. The view from the main pool connected to the spa was amazing, however, there was a crane there which took a way from it a bit. There is a second pool higher up with a nice view of the entire hotel. Service was good overall as well. There was an intern at the front desk who was very helpful and provided great customer service. I give this place 4 stars because there were small details missed such as not following the breakfast requests and the chairs on the balcony were mismatched (I think a 5 star would have not done these things). Overall, I recommend this spot for a relaxing vacation to really do nothing, but if you're looking to explore Lugano, it is harder to access.

The staff is the most friendly and amazing in every way. 15 out of 10!! Everything here has been amazing t the food, rooms and service. The EER SPA is one of the best I have been to in the world for hotels. The only negative is they allow kids at certain times but that's ok and can go during adult hours. But be aware of this when you come to relax and leave your own kids at home. If I had my son he would love it here and I'll bring him next time. Food was excellent. Everything we had was fresh.

It's still the off season so it was quiet and fantastic. I booked using Amex FHR and the hotel graciously upgraded our room to a junior suite. We were celebrating my husband's bday and they left a bottle of prosecco in the room as well. The concierge and front desk team were really responsive via email leading up to our stay. They helped me book an agriturismo for lunch, as well as some spa appointments. The service is just astoundingly good. Andrea at the ristorante was a joy! The gentleman who works at the bar with glasses and the gentleman who just moved back to Italy from Canada were also lovely! The boutique is SO cute and shockingly reasonable. The woman who works here was very helpful in finding the right sizes and colors. The spa is out of the world. If you're not staying at the hotel, I recommend booking a treatment or buying a day pass to experience it. It's so gorgeous and absolutely massive. We loved the hot and cold pools and showers. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and meticulously kept after. The views of the Lake are beautiful and best enjoyed from the hotel's front lawn. The hotel is, of course, quite expensive, but you get what you pay for! The staff here don't miss a beat and our stay was full of little, meaningful surprises. It really is such a special place!
