    Pink salt room

Friendly staff and cool places to discover after you enter. The showers have shampoo and conditioner and the dressing room has lotion, blow dryers, and lockers. As you walk down each corridor, you'll find a room with a unique feature: pink salt and ocean room, steam room, cold water feet room, and my favorite, the rain room! The outdoor jacuzzis and places to relax were amazing as well!

We booked the couples massage package and enjoyed our time. The massage was more of a light Swedish massage, although, I prefer deep tissue. The property is well thought out, and there is plenty of seating for everyone. We visited July 2024, and there was construction on the property. The sawing and construction noises are happening right next to the main pool. It's not the easiest way to experience a relaxing time. There are different water features to use, and the water jet pressure will vary depending on where you're sitting. While it aggressively slaps you in the face, the eucalyptus steam room will definitely open your sinuses up! We would visit again, but not until the construction was completed and the facility was fully operational.

Yes, I came here because of the TikTok hype. We stayed in Milan for four days and I booked this for the day before our flight out of the city so we could have a relaxing last day. They have about 30 different experiences/rooms for saunas, pools, and lounging. I think I would have given this place 4 stars if they had better crowd control. It felt a bit overwhelming in some areas, especially downstairs which felt a little claustrophobic. I found it very difficult to keep track of my robe and sandals because they have hooks to leave them outside of rooms, but because there were so many people, I found that many visitors had their robes or sandals taken (this happened to my friend) and you have to pay 2 euros to get a fresh set. Also the famous room that simulates a thunderstorm was anticlimactic. I was most looking forward to this room, but it was pretty small AND half of the screen was glitching so it wasn't great. I hope they get this fixed for upcoming visitors. My favorite area was outside, which had pools, lounging areas, and a cold plunge. The train sauna was out of service so we missed out on that. Also, many of the lounging areas were really wet but luckily we found a couple of dry ones. If you're able to, add the lunch to your entry. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. They had an AMAZING salad bar with every green and topping you could think of. They had oils and seasoning so you could flavor them how you want. They also had fruits, nuts, desserts, coffee, hot plates (lasagna and gnocci), bread, water, tea, beer, and some wine. Its about 29 euros for this but it was worth it. We ate and then took a nap in the sleeping room. It's a little pricey. We went on a Thursday and the entry was 62 euros person plus the 29 euro lunch. I would say, if you have the time check it out but I wouldn't say it's a MUST do activity.

This place is absolutely amazing with tons of sauna, pool, Hydrotherapy, indoor, outdoor, sleeping room, and other relaxation options. The spa is very well maintained and clean. I liked how there were unique offerings like a thunderstorm pool where you experience a simulated thunderstorm in a pool area, huge underground hydrotherapy pools, outdoor train sauna, a couple of beautiful outdoor pools, garden lounge area, movie room with sauna, infrared sleeping beds, water bed room, and tons of saunas and steam rooms with various conditions. Although only a couple floors, the place felt massive with so many options especially with the outdoor area and large lower floor area. The only issues were that the saunas were mild in temperature and we couldn't find a really hot one; you only get one towel and robe unless you pay extra; and the shower area lacks privacy. Besides these few improvements, this has probably been one of the best spas I have ever visited.

I truly enjoyed this experience! They offer a five hour experience for like 60 bucks but I splurged a bit to include a couples massage and an all day pass. Even if you decide to only do the five hour pass, there are so many amenities available. Many pools, lots of sunbathing areas, multiple water element rooms and saunas, AND a trolley converted to a sauna. The only drawback for me were the TONS of people very obviously there to post on social media. It took away from the relaxation a bit But other than that, the facilities were beautiful and the checkin process was seamless.

beautiful location and lots of different areas to choose from. sadly they allow WAY too many people in at a time and the crowds kind of defeat the purpose of the calming vibe a spa should have. there are signs indicating that you should be quiet, but peopel don't abide by them and there's no enforcement.

This is THE Instagram spa. It's fun, it's beautiful, but not really a relaxing spa. The good Lots of different rooms with Therese. Multiple saunas and steam rooms. A foot bath room, a hot dip room and my favorite, the cinematic room. This room has you in an enclosed indoor pool with pictures of the tropics or fish and it's soothing. Then it can become a rainstorm with water tumultuously falling from the skies. This was fun!!! The two large outdoor pools were lovely, specially at night with the twinkling lights. The staff were lovely, in general. We had a couples massage which was great! The bad The locker rooms were awful. Cramped with everyone trying to get changed squished together. Locker room staff weren't very nice. They kept shouting at everyone, the majority of whom did it understand what was being said and so all continued what the were doing, ignoring the shouting. The food was very little, with no plates, only napkins. Olives, apples and cheese. There were some alcohol options, and non alcoholic options were lemon water or mint water. Overall this is a fun place to go for half a day. I really enjoyed it. It's not a real spa but a great way to relax in some hot water!

Decided last-minute to book (via the web site) evening entrance to QC Termemilano during a weekend in Milan. Although I was NOT privy to the TikTok hype, I saw an article with a nice mention of it, and thought it looked decent. This place REALLY exceeded my expectations. It's extremely convenient- easy to get to on public transportation, and, if you've pre-booked, offers a self-service check-in process that takes all of one minute. The women's changing room, though a bit maze-like, is clean and well-stocked. They provide a robe, flip flops, and one towel. I would have appreciated a second towel (even for a fee) to use at the end of the visit when the initial towel is soaked from too many steam rooms, but I'm not sure if that's an option. A hydration station with paper cups and filtered water is available. There are a TON of saunas to choose from. Admittedly, most of them are basically the same, and the small differences between them are just gimmicks-- I.e. different construction materials or fragrance. But the bottom line is that, even though this place is pretty crowded, there are enough saunas for you to find one where you don't feel cramped. There are also a handful of steam rooms and various heated pools- including the one with the thunderstorm movie of TikTok fame, which I personally found to be underwhelming. The outdoor pools were the real highlight for me; the old terminal building is beautiful and the lighting is thoughtfully placed. On a September night, the pool water was plenty warm enough for me, but some might find it not hot enough for their liking. They're definitely abiding by the 104 degrees Fahrenheit rule here. It's worth mentioning that the crowd here is pretty young- or was on this particular Saturday night- which brings a lot of dumb social media-fueled shenanigans. Half of the people in the pools have their phone out to take pouty selfies, and people try to monopolize the smaller spaces for use as a personal content creation studio of the OnlyFans variety. I did see some discreet security guards walking around, presumably on the lookout for this type of thing, but they can't deter it all. However I think this facility is nice enough that it's worth trying to ignore the nonsense. I imagine there might be less of it earlier in the day. If/when I'm back in Milan I will definitely return, and will go for the full-day pass including lunch- the cafe area is very pretty and I heard people say the food is decent.

Fantastic experience!! This day spa has something for everyone! From outside pools, to indoor pools, a quiet room, saunas, etc. we arrived around 5pm and signed up for the aperitivo (included in the fee). After we explored the spa, we went to the food court area where they served us breads, cheeses, and a couple of drinks. It felt very luxurious and relaxing after a long day of exploring. I'd certainly return!

One side is hot and one side is ice cold. Felt good to walk through

We visited Milan in March 2024. Like many who come here I first learned about the spa through a Tik Tok video as I was researching for places to visit in Milan during our vacation. I combed through review after review and I'm eager to share my own experience as well as some tips for anyone who has never been who is thinking of visiting. My boyfriend and I booked the 9:30 am slot as we wanted to still have time after the spa to go sightseeing. When we arrived it was fairly busy but that's to be expected as it was on a Saturday. The check in area has a good amount of space to sit and wait. Self check in was seamless and for those that aren't a fan of checking in with an iPad there are attendants at the front desk as well. Upon check in you are provided with a wrist band that shows the time you are to leave the spa (5 hours is more than plenty) as well as your locker number. There are men and women's locker rooms and getting into the locker/setting up your combination is easy. In the locker is a robe and slippers. Outside of the locker rooms we enjoyed the macaroons provided before heading to check out the spa. There are an assortment of different saunas and relaxation rooms. One of the things I was nervous about when reading reviews was that many reviews spoke of couples getting overly intimate. This was not our experience. We saw couples but none that were uncomfortably intimate. Another thing we read about were people overdoing it with photos and videos. People did have their phones out and were recording videos /pictures but from what we observed they were respectful in only capturing themselves and the people in their party. Negative reviews spoke of noisy people....people do chat with eachother but nothing overly obnoxious. One of the rooms was a dedicated nap room and everyone was great/ respectful at keeping that space silent. To anyone most excited about the thunder rainstorm simulator be advised it is a small room however people were super respectful when waiting to take their photo or video. Tip If you are a person looking to enjoy the room without the photos and videos just be patient and hang in there as people cycle out. Other reviews spoke of people sealing towels and slippers and sadly this was true. I don't think people mean to in a malicious way but more so because their robes and towels get taken so they just have to grab what is there. A tip for this is to grab a hair clip and clip your robe together. My boyfriend and I would use the string on the robe to tie ours together. Some people avoid getting theirs taken and some don't. We really enjoyed our experience here and each room truly was relaxing and I commend the creativity of all the different relaxation rooms. When it was time to leave it was easy to pop onto the locker rooms for a shower and change. The locker rooms provide hair dryers. Some people missed this but upon leaving the locker rooms to the right side of the check in desks is a designated place to drop off towels and slippers. They'll even give you a plastic bag to hold your wet clothes which was nice. Overall we truly enjoyed our time. The amount of people here did not take away in our ability to relax and enjoy it.

Went to QC during a recent trip to Milan and spent my 30th birthday at the spa. It was honestly such a fun, relaxing day. There are so many different types of activities you can do that you really need an all-day pass like we had - we spent 8 hours there and still didn't do everything. Some of our favorite activities were the outdoor pools, steam bath, and cinema pool. For meals we added on lunch and the aperitivo and both enhanced the day! We also did a delightful couples massage, which was fantastic and something I'd highly recommend adding.

Such a lovely experience at this spa in Milano! We got the infinity massage and 5 hour entrance for two people (~ €350) and had such a great time. The spa was pretty crowded, but this is a great place for couples or a girl's relaxing weekend.

I was visiting my fiancee now husband in Milan and was in need of a trim. I walked in Thursday and requested an appointment. They fit me in the next day! Then when I told them what I wanted they booked me with their head stylist visiting from the salon in Rome. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment and they washed my hair the way I like it! That was the longest part of the process the blowout and cut were done in 45 mins. Wow, I was so scared of how it would come out and then to find my hair looked so beautiful. Also, my blowout lasted for days, almost a week. I am definitely getting my hair done here when I come back. They really are professional and work like a team here. I also had a Manicure and Pedicure here and was happy with that, however it is not like when you have your nails done here in the states. I think I was her only client so she really took her time. Almost 2 1/2 hours. But she was really friendly to me and tolerated my terribly spoken Italian and my ok spanish.

I had been thinking about getting my hair cut short and was thrilled when they said I could come back in a few hours and that the artistic director would cut it! It looks great! I have had many unsolicited compliments, and it is so very easy to style. My only concern now is finding someone here in the states to cut it as well. It was a great experience. Well done everyone!
