They accept cards, not american express and for tips, only CASH! I had ROSE and she is exemplary! Request her service and you won't be disappointed!!! She can do hard pressure points, long strokes and you will know she had been doing these for years coz she knows where to focus and she listens as well. My daughter had Pat and she said it was so good as well and very friendly that she feels very at ease, since we have separate rooms. Bonus: They let my daughter take a shower as well. Book or do a walk-in, you will feel recharge! and ofcourse book Rose or Pat. Aloha.

While the facility is quite beautiful, it was the worst massage I've gotten over forty plus years, and I've lots all over the world; Thai, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Reflexology, Reiki, Balinese, Swedish, etc. I repeatedly asked her not to massage my shoulders and to use less pressure. She would say OK OK or I understand, and then she'd reduce the pressure for several minutes to go right back to using too much pressure and massaging my shoulders again. She was like a robot who only knew one routine and didn't do a very good job at it.. Energetically, she had absolutely nothing to offer. I paid for a 90 minute massage and would've been so much better off just walking out after the first couple of times of her going back to her very limited, uncomfortable routine. I ended up leaving in pain and discomfort, it was a total waste of money. The receptionist was also rude. .

The massage was incredible, perfectly targeted, and so calming that I fully knocked out halfway through. Exactly what your body needs after days of nonstop city exploring. It's Asian owned and operated, and you can tell they know what they're doing. The atmosphere is quiet, professional, and focused on actually fixing tired legs and feet, not rushing you in and out. I honestly don't even remember what it cost, which says everything because it was worth every euro. If you're traveling hard and your feet are begging for mercy, this is a must-do stop. One of those experiences that makes the rest of your trip instantly better.

We loved the thunderstorm room, but had to go back many times to actually get a decent spot. The baths and pools inside were very fun. The outdoor pool was cool too. This place is full of surprises and cool things! The apertivo was lovely- we had Bellinis and tons of snacks. Great timing too. I will say, it was crowded on a Tuesday afternoon and everyone there was trying to get content, which ruined the magic a bit. It was mostly people in their 20-30s, all chatting and using phones the entire time. So not a place to completely check out or relax, but a lot of fun. We got photos too, so I can't complain, just trying to paint a picture of the vibe.
