Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our experience. While everything looks incredible on camera and in-person, the actually facilities could be better. We went on a weekend and it was packed. I understand that it could be busy on weekend, but this felt like next level. There was pushing and shoving both from the guests in the locker room and the staff. I felt bad for the overworked cleaning staff. I didn't like them pushing me from my locker. The lines were also very long in the locker room. We were hoping it was just a hiccup in the lockers, but all the facilites felt like this. The seats were left soggy and wet. They were packed and sorta loud. It felt more like a public pool than a spa. I think if I went in with the mindset that it had a public pool/gym feeling and very packed pretty spaces I would've liked it more. We booked three hour entry and left within the first hour. They also were out of water. It was still very beautiful, we just had a bad experience.

I really just enjoy coming here to work out every single day, I live nearby and it is very convenient and fun. They have all sorts of classes like aerial yoga, weight lifting, abs, total body workout, and more, and are super welcoming. They even translate workouts into English for me, which is very nice and of them and generous with their time. I'm not going to the gym every day and they make it feel like a pleasure. I give it five stars because they are super awesome and always willing to lend a helping hand. Gorgeous sauna and ice bath, and nice locker rooms. Sure, not as nice as a country club or anything, but still pretty dang good! I'd recommend signing up for this gym if you're in italy for a month or more- otherwise membership is too expensive to make sense.

It was a traveling day and I needed to unwind. Me and one other person booked their 90 minute…read morepass. We had to make reservation in advance. When you arrive they give you a robe, slippers, and a towel. I've been to plenty of spas and this one was pretty small. They had lockers and showers but not much amenities and toiletries. It was pretty basic. Like they didn't have extra things like makeup removers or combs. But they did have a hair dryer and toothbrush. For the co-ed area was their sauna and steam room. Both were small but the sauna is especially small. They also had a pool and places to lounge at. None of the chairs were heated. They did provide water, tea, and some cookies. Not much snacks. The 90 minute pass was 40 euros. Since we are diamond members it was half off for us. Probably would't go again.
