Five-plus hours isn't enough! I've been dreaming of this visit since 2021, when I experienced the…read moreQC Terme magic in Chamonix. So I planned my entire day around my visit. Lots of folks have described the many treatments all over social media, but I'd like to focus on the excellent buffet lunch (optional but worth every euro). I travelled 6,000 miles to get here and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Note, the front desk staff is overworked and understaffed!

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our experience. While everything looks incredible on camera and in-person, the actually facilities could be better. We went on a weekend and it was packed. I understand that it could be busy on weekend, but this felt like next level. There was pushing and shoving both from the guests in the locker room and the staff. I felt bad for the overworked cleaning staff. I didn't like them pushing me from my locker. The lines were also very long in the locker room. We were hoping it was just a hiccup in the lockers, but all the facilites felt like this. The seats were left soggy and wet. They were packed and sorta loud. It felt more like a public pool than a spa. I think if I went in with the mindset that it had a public pool/gym feeling and very packed pretty spaces I would've liked it more. We booked three hour entry and left within the first hour. They also were out of water. It was still very beautiful, we just had a bad experience.

This place was great. I don't understand the poor reviews. Glad I didn't listen. Many different…read morerooms and experiences. Spent several hours. The price wasn't bad considering we could spend all day. We were there during a slower season so not too crowded.

Also very expensive compared to what I'm used to. (like I said, I don't have much spa experience) But it was a very cool place with lots to do. And we did almost all of it, just the spa part, and it took about 3 hours. There are many pools inside and out. The view, of course, it unbeatable. Some of the jets didn't work, which was a little disappointing. There are many rooms/experiences just going from room to room. Some were fun/cool/unique. Some, I thought, were silly and too similar to the room next to it. But you can make up your own mind. We didn't eat (it was a very nice buffet, but very limited if you're gluten free/dairy free like me) or do massages. And it definitely got increasingly crowded as the day went on. So I suggest AM and weekday. Having so many people around, and waiting for certain things definitely takes the Ahhhh away from the experience. One complaint, they give you a thick robe and plastic flip flops. For my feet, I absolutely couldn't wear them, it was super painful, even to stand. So I suggest bringing your own water shoes. And it was VERY hot in there for me, so I didn't wear the robe either. I carried it for the first hour, along with the shoes, and then just wore my bathing suit and no shoes (slippery, be careful) and if you want to eat, the robe is required, fyi.
