He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again. A friend recommended DesRochers and I have never looked back. They close and open my pool. Within 24 hours my water is crystal clear after opening. I have used their 3 step weekly maintenance and rarely do I have an issue. The issues are usually due to weather or too many teenagers in the water. This year they replaced our liner and lights. I would never go anywhere else. Malory and the staff at their Shorewood location are so helpful. And the service team exceeds all of my expectations.
