He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again. I've been patient and given them every opportunity to make it right and finish the job. Since they were unable to "get me on the schedule" I requested a refund to no avail. I gave them every chance, but now it's come down to warning others to beware and don't pay till the job is finished.
