That's why I was so happy to hear about 'The Wash' from a neighbor, who raved about the nearby business. Her ravings were justified. This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too. I HIGHLY recommend The Wash!

Catherine, the attendant, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was comfortable and stress-free. She patiently showed me how to use the coin-operated machines and even loaned me a mesh laundry bag big enough to fit my king-size comforter to keep it safe during the dry cycle. At only seven dollars for a 27-minute XL wash cycle and two dollars for a 25-minute Large dry cycle, the prices are incredibly affordable. I was delighted to be able to use my preferred detergent and Oxiclean for my very sensitive skin. As a young, petite female, I felt completely safe at Suds Laundry. Catherine was always available to provide assistance or advice, and the front and back doors were continuously left open. The laundromat is located in a nice area, and there are stores nearby to get snacks while you wait. Suds Laundry's clientele who visited were friendly and welcoming. Before my visit, I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he kindly explained everything and answered all of my questions. Suds Laundry is a family-owned business, and I highly recommend supporting them. My experience was excellent, and I would definitely use Suds Laundry again. One of the things that impressed me the most was Catherine's attention to detail. She even offered me a clean plastic bag to put my dried comforter in, free of charge, when I realized I forgot mine at home. At other laundromats, I've had to pay for every little thing, so I was pleasantly surprised. Clearly, the owner has trained his staff well in providing superior customer service. I do have a couple of suggestions to make Suds Laundry even better. It would be helpful to have a step ladder or step-stool for short people to pour detergent into the washer. Also, a few more rolling baskets would be useful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Suds Laundry, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable laundromat.

While struggling with a flea problem in my apartment I went here to use their commercial driers…read more They denied me service to use just the driers despite my telling them that the washers don't kill any bugs but in fact just store wet eggs, while the driers do. This might be because many of their driers were out of order, but the conversation I had with them was "pay to wash it here or leave". Their claim is it has to be wet to go in the drier, even if it's dry clean only. I went back with some freshly washed stuff from home and a duvet that I had washed late the night before but layed out in the table over night (making room for another load in the wash). They felt through my clothes to make sure they were wet and tore the duvet out of the drier for not being wet enough. I want to like this place because it's close to my house. Its bright and the machines are alright but the couple who run it can be very rude.
