Literally when I put the coat on I look like a hunch back as feathers were bunched on upper back and missing from mid back. They take it back after I complain and give it back to me in the same shape. Naresh the owner looks the coat over and tells me nothing is wrong with the coat and it's suppose to look like that after a wash. The feathers flatten out. Tells me he won't do anything and no compensation will be discussion. He cuts me off, doesn't let me talk and insists nothing is wrong with the coat even though clearly by the look alone you can tell it's ruined. This individual is completely unreasonable. I could even show pictures of this coat showing its state for anyone thinking of coming here. Will be Pursuing the matter with bbb as well as other avenues based on how I've been dealt with. Btw this coat was $950 with tax and only 1 year old and never cleaned before this so I know it was in perfect shape prior. Stay far away from this place and this chain as naresh is a con man.

I brought it back to the store and they said they would do the whole process again and dry it for an extra long time. After the second wash and dry, it didn't fit the same; it was a lot tighter. They say there is no way it could have shrunk, but here I am with a coat that zipped up well before and now is tight. Customer service (Colleen) said there is nothing they will do because there is no way the process could have shrunk the coat. Now, I'm out the initial $65 for the dry cleaning and a winter coat. USE THIS CLEANER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
