The cashier has a bad attitude and was dismissive of my questions regarding a propane refill. Also for reference the minimum service charge is $30, so my 5lb/1gal tank, which is 1/4 the size of a standard tank costs ... $30. Wow... Also according to their sign, air and water is $15 which is comical... read more

Horrible Gas Station Dino Sinclair ( DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION ! STAY AWAY) , I purchased fuel and when I went inside to request the cashier to turn on the air/ water machine they said they can't give it away for free but I mentioned I purchased fuel and it's California law they turned on the air/water machine shortly after . To my surprise the air hose was not working properly and did not have a gauge indicating the psi of the tire. Very bad experience ... Im filling a complaint to the state of California food and agriculture 1-800-356-7057 , if you experience the same issue please report them to the State of California it's your right ... the cashier is very rude and unprofessional , its best to steer clear away from this gas station until they value the customers they have . read more

Owners are penny pinching like crazy: no a/c and the drinks aren't much cooler than room temp. $3.49 for a 20 oz Pepsi is outrageous. Bought a Reese's cup and it came premelted from the temp of the store. Go literally anywhere else read more

This gas station is pretty awesome.... Let me count the ways: 1. Looks pretty new, ample space which is a plus 2. Has a touch less car wash, with jet spray's (no swirl marks) 3. Big mini mart, with clean restrooms. Plus, they have promotions going on all the time. This time I went in for just a carwash, and the lady told me, if I wanted gas, she would take .15 cents off the price. WOW, .15 cents. LOL Not only that, but you buy 4 car washes, you get the 5th on free... Yay for free. read more

The car wash/water rinse is horrible and leaves water spots all over the car. Granted it is a gas station car wash so I wasn't expecting much anyway. However, the last time I used it, the wash didn't start when I drove my car through even though I waited for 5 mins and still nothing happened. I went inside to let the attendant know and he starts screaming at me in another language as if I did something wrong. A female attendant came to help me and profusely apologized for this a$$hole's behavior and gave me a refund. Will never get gas here again. I think he was either the owner or manager but he definitely lost our business. read more

Carwash is terrible! Left hard water marks left on my car even though i got spot free water at the end. Waste of money. By the way the soap is very watered down. Cheap people!!! read more

This is a newly remodeled gas station but this location needed it for sure! Gas prices are hit or miss considering it is right next to the freeway. Clean mini mart, variety of amenities, clean restrooms, car wash, and most importantly, they refill propane! read more

I went to get a car wash as I have for the last 6 months. I followed the instructions of the machine and it wasn't washing my car. So I went inside to ask for help and a man who told me his name was "Babu" called me an idiot and told me I was doing it wrong. So I asked him to show me and rudely he instructed me how to do it. Then once again the machine didn't wash my car and he began yelling at me calling me an idiot. I have never been so stunned as to why some random person would act like this. I always chose chevron but this was too far. On principle alone I will only be going to shell. read more

I've been coming to this station for years. Its conveniently located next to the freeway and has a car wash ( also very convenient) However this COVID19 pandemic has really opened my eyes to how low a business will go at the risk losing its customers. I purchased gas a couple of weeks ago and imagine my shock when inside the mini mart they tried to charge me nearly 6 dollars for one pack of Kleenex personal tissue. We're talking the little purse pack ones people. When I asked the clerk what that was all about he informed me that it was because of the market...NO that is price gouging and it's not only illegal it is highly gross behavior. To have your first thought go to how to take advantage of people during times like these is just gross. Needless to say I will get my gas elsewhere from now on. read more

This place is a rip off. They advertise their gas $.30 a gallon less than what's at the pump but in some small writing on the top of the road sign they advertise the lower price only if you buy a car wash. It's a scam to get you to pull into the gas station and hope that you're too lazy to move on to another gas station once you've parked read more

Stay out of this place! The car wash is nothing but a car rinse. And racist attendant, Aziz, has a problem with women. Check out google reviews. I am not the only one. Came in to tell him that I paid for a car wash but it isn't working. I couldn't understand what he was trying to say and he got frustrated and said, "It's so simple. I don't understand why you don't get it." Is this how you treat all your customers??? I asked for my money back because of the poor customer service and he refused! I will NEVER again be at this business and will make sure to tell everyone. DON'T make the same mistake! read more

Their credit card machines don't always work. The manager blamed it on my credit card - said it had a block on it. I told him there was nothing wrong with my credit card. He said he was sure that my card was the problem. I left, went down the street, and used my credit card at another gas station with no problems. read more

Not friendly at all , the prices they have up on the board are not what they charge you, the cashier sometimes doesn't speak English. Rudeness all the way . Do not pump gas here... read more

The prices advertised on the street sign are 30 cents cheaper than what they really charge. Do not buy gas here. Well, unless you are willing to pay 30 cents more than you were thinking you were going to pay. read more

Horrible customer service, don't buy the car wash because it's a waste of your money and time

Machine to pay for gas outside is broken. Inside they only take debit and that's with a fee.

Horrible customer service car wash took my money but wasn't working, no receipt. The owner would not refund my money, very rude!!!

This station does not even get a one star rating from me, although yelp made me give a star rating. Previous to last night, I frequented this mini mart and gas station several times a week for gas, munchies, drinks and a routine car wash. As of today, I cannot recommend this gas station and will not patron there any longer. I dropped by for milk, an energy drink and cigarettes; what I got was an extremely rude associate that in his words told me, I will not sell you cigarettes on credit." There was no provocation for this statement. Why would he assume I was paying with credit when I had my pocketbook in hand? Not that this matters, but I never use credit. The point is that he was pointedly rude and aggressive toward me with no provocation and exactly who is this little man to tell me how I can or cannot pay for my purchase when they accept all forms of payment? When I told him there was no reason to be rude to me, he told me, rudely, that he was not rude to me. It escalated from there, he yelled, I yelled and although I will miss the convenience of this station they will no longer be seeing my hard earned dollars. I intend to speak to the owner about his behavior when I can find him/her. The rude associate refused to get the owner on the phone and gave me a wrong phone number to contact him/her. Where there is a will, there is a way. I will not go peacefully into the good night. read more

Their computer's down a lot. I gave them a $20 this morning for coffee and told them to put the rest on #1 for regular gas. I only got 17.32 worth of gas. Tell me is 2.68 a fair price for a large gas station coffee? Once tried using my credit card and it was declined and I wondered why. When I got home I saw the reason, there was an attempted charge of $125. Normally there is a pending charge of $1 dollar that gets updated later to the actual charge. Ridiculous!!! read more

Great gas station with great service. People are only leaving bad reviews because they are not careful when reading the prices before they pay. Better quality gas compared to the arco across the street! The only gas station I've been going to ever since I started driving. read more
