He called the owner, who came and offered to apply some touch-up paint to make the damage less visible instead of using the company's insurance to properly fix it. After a long conversation, he finally agreed to cover the repairs and mentioned that he appreciated my business, as I had been bringing my car there for over 10 years. However, it has now been over a year since the incident, and one of the employees has told me that I can no longer bring my cars there, even though I have continued to come back, spending my money there, trusting their services, and relying on them for my vehicle's maintenance. I'm very disappointed in the employees, especially since the owner had expressed that he wanted me to keep bringing my cars there and continuing to give his business my loyalty and support.

Instead of helping, the clerk immediately responded in a very dismissive tone telling me that I "have to put the handle in the tank" -- as if I didn't know how to pump gas. I explained that I had already tried twice, and his response was even more dismissive: "That's your problem."
