Rude workers doors always closed and he is pretending to mop for hours and even when you try to pay they over charge you for items you never had and then if u dare ask why the price difference they speak to u slow count even slower and stop before getting to the number u should be at and then says they are busy do u get it like if they already made their point but only proof yours or maybe that is the highest number they were able to count to. read more

This 10 pump 76 gas station is on the corner of South Street and Pioneer Boulevard. I particularly like how the pumps are spread for easy entrance and exit off the lot. The only thing to watch out is merging back on to the South Street lanes due to traffic. The pumps are the same but they remodeled the structure. Also, the station is under new management. They removed the car repair shop, made the building as a whole and turned it into a Food Mart. They have a good selection of drinks, snack and dispensed coffee. The coffee and snack area was clean and we'll organized. I got a 12 oz coffee for pumping gas FREE. YEAY! There is a .10 cent difference for cash versus credit card gas purchases. Nonetheless, gas is way cheaper here than in Orange County by my work. I like their new look and good customer service. read more

In the Cerritos/ Artesia/ La Palma area, this gas station offers the continuously best gas prices for quality gas. We all know that Arco and anything not Chevron, 76, and Mobile are not good for your car. If you pay with cash, you will definitely get the best bargain in the 15 miles radius for quality gas. They close at midnight too so it helps a lot of people who want to use cash for the cheaper price. Inside the place is well-kept and fairly clean. I think any gas station that doesn't have broken pumps, empty paper towel dispenses, dented window scrubbers is good so this place fits that description. read more

Great gas station. One of the earnest I've seen. There counters in the convenience store is made out of granite. They have beer and wine and are able to refill propane tanks. Plus they just switched to cash and credit price which means cheaper gas if You pay cash. read more

Propane refills for just shy of $20/empty standard tank for a BBQ grill. The local Costcos don't do it in this area(I asked). Even though they have an Amerigas exchange cage in the front, around the south-west side of the building they have a big tank where you can get your smaller tank refilled until around 5 or so. I got there at around 2 when there was a shift change and they had someone who knew how to do the refill job(not everyone there is trained to do it!). It is a metered tank so you can see how much propane you are getting(They refill to the legal limit of 4.5 gallons if your tank is empty). This place ripped me off $6 bucks just now on gas. When I was pumping gas into my car, it said $6, but there no gas in my car. Just today on Tuesday around 8:39. And the employee know nothing when I asked her. She said the problem from my car and then I went to mobile gas station on pioneer, it filled up my car. That place is really suck. Couple weeks ago, I purchased motor vehicle fuel at 76 gas station located at 11756 South St Artesia. Afterwards, I walked into the store with my receipt and asked the worker, Rosa, if I can use the Air pump. With an attitude, she denied offering this service with the excuse that they were "out of tokens." I kindly asked if she can put in some quarters for me instead and she still refused. The worker Rosa then called Allybee, who claimed herself to be the manager. Allybee gave me the same excuse over the phone and refused to provide the free service. Existing law requires every service station in the state of California to provide free water and gas after the purchase of motor vehicle fuel. The excuse that they were of out tokens is not my problem, but they said it with an attitude as if it was my problem and not theirs. I claim their reason for not being able to provide the free air pump service an excuse because the tokens should have been collected long before it was out. For whatever reason, if they were not able to collect the tokens; therefore, unable to provide a customer with one, they should have at least found other ways to provide the mandatory free service. For example, using their own quarters to activate the air pump and retrieving those quarters later on. If the pump was broken, I would have understood, but that was not the case.  Overall the service was unsatisfactory not to mention the worker Rosa's intolerable attitude. It is for certain that I will not be returning to this gas station, let alone purchase from 76 gas stations from now on if that is how customers are served and business is continued to be done. I will make sure to let everyone know so they know their right to be provided with free water and gas after the purchase of fuel instead of being forced to pay with their own money because of excuses such as the "out of token" one used against me. I will also be reporting this incident to the State of California Department of Food and Agriculture, Division of Measurement Standards to prevent this from continuing on and affecting other consumers. read more

This review is for refilling my propane tank! I was having a BBQ at my house and halfway thru cooking my food my propane tank went out! what a bummer! But I was able to find this gas station near my house and they refill your propane tank right then and there. Of course when I came there was only 1 guy working and he said he had to wait till the store empty and he had to lock up then go out back to refill my tank. I said no prob. I had to wait about 10 minutes but he was able to fill my tank and it only cost me $19. I was on my way and it was an easy process. Thanks for the excellent service. read more

I've been getting my gas here for months and like that I can pay with my app - I get a discount and it's convenient for me. But recently I haven't been able to pay with my app - it's not working . The lady at the register was unable to help me with my issue , either she doesn't understand what I'm saying or she's just too lazy to help . guess I will have to go back to chevron which is literally one street down .Customer service is very important to me and it's unfortunate this lady isn't able to even give me ANY assistance. I work a second job on weekends for a housing development company & i work outside near this gas station the weekend day crew are great to me they dont mind me using the restroom or on my break ducking under their building to stay out the elements and they dont even trip if i dont buy anything to use the bathroom (most times i do make a purchase) just so it doesn't seem im taking advantage.... The ladies in there &1 older gentleman always speak to me and treat me nicely their great! And the store,bathroom&outside are always overall very clean! read more
