As for the place it self, it was beautifully maintained. We rented a lakeside cabin and the view was amazing especially mid mornings when the sun is high illuminating the lake and the greenery surrounding it. We had our own dock which my nephew had so much fun fishing! His first time lol the cabin was also neatly maintained with all the equipment we need ready and available. Grill and fire pit was nice and clean and over all area was just very well kept. They have a pool area, dog park, kayaks for rent, gold carts for rent and they have a convenience store available if you ever needed any essentials. There's an ice cream booth there too! If you get past the very-close-to-nonexistent wifi and signal, you'll survive here and give yourself a good time!

However, there is not much shade and the biggest downfall, I would say, is that the restaurant on site is closed, and there is no camp store. There is a beer distributor on the property, but that's it. It would be nice to have a camp store like most campgrounds, and having the restaurant open would be a huge plus since there really isn't anything nearby. The hike to the falls is nice, and they are very pretty. If you like being in the middle of basically nowhere, this is a great little find. We did enjoy our time there, but there are some things that would make it a whole lot better.

It's very quiet there and the people are phenomenal that stay there. He has big plans for this campground and it takes people like you reading this to come support him. Go and stay there and get some much-needed relaxation. It doesn't matter if you're bringing a Hamic Tent RV Couch or the largest 5th Wheel you can think of there's room for you there. We stayed in cabin 1 and it was nice. Remember to bring comfortable bedding. There's a Camp beverage that has adult slushy's and most adult drinks. The campground bathrooms are clean and Showers are nice. There's a downhill hiking trail down to the Falls that are very nice. And if you if you're into Sasquatch, you will love this place. The beach was clean and so much fun for our almost 2 year old son. Loved the weekend activities too! We made tie dye t-shirts! My son loved their playground too! One of the best parts was that at check-out I expressed that our picnic table was breaking and the maintenance guy was on it before we finished dumping. With a friendly welcome, swimming beach, paddle boat rentals, along with catch 'n release fishing, there is something for everyone. Here you will find clean restrooms, a safe environment for children to play as everyone heeded the 5 mph speed, a store with camping items, laundry, small restaurant and a very large dog run. The 7-mile drive from the highway was well worth the drive. There are many 'seasonals' who summer here from the surrounding communities and we found everyone very welcoming. We camped here in a 30' Airstream trailer and would definitely return.

The campground is wide open with a beautiful view of the lake. The grounds are kept immaculate and it is so quite and peaceful even though it's not very private. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked and the host was around even day checking on things. She was wonderful! We loved our stay and our campsite. Can't wait to be back!
