It was overcooked, and the heavy char made the steak taste more burnt and bitter than enjoyable. The Quesa Birria was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. All in all, it was an average experience with one solid highlight, but not somewhere we'd rush back to except maybe for the al Pastor tacos.

My husband especially loves their pork belly and every Food Truck Thursday, pork belly is his go-to meal. The pork belly is slow cooked for 15 hours then deep fried to perfection. It comes with a side of rice and pickled vegetables. I really like their lumpia which is similar to a spring roll but filled with delicious pork. So good! We've also tried their bola bola, which is like a meatball on a steamed bun. Overall, they are a great addition to the local Food Trucks and one we frequent often. Definitely check them out!
