I've had beers here a couple of times and I must say I liked the second time better. I liked the Oktoberfest beer that I had compared to some of the lagers offered here. Food here is super good as they specialize towards savory pot pies and sweet pies as well as macaroni and cheese. Steve got a delicious vegetable pot pie with a excellent arugula salad. I got the Caprese Macaroni and Cheese which was out of this world. So good! The sweet pies are quite good as well as I had a Key Lime slice of pie and Steve had a stout pie. Both pies were awesome! I've been following Pint and Pie on Instagram for awhile and always wanted to try it so I was really excited when I finally was able to. We came on a Sunday right at opening, after what was one of their busiest weekends. I was slightly disappointed to be honest because they were out of basically everything. We got the last pies they had and even the last Diet soda. We took the only pies they had which was a beef and a veggie. Both of the pies were fantastic! The crust was great and they had an awesome flavor. I was disappointed to find out that the pies are not actually made by them on site, but I guess bought and shipped in. We wanted to try cider, but alas the prior group from the night before unfortunately drank everything they had. Overall we had a good experience but it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. I was really excited to go here for National Pie Day (3/14) expecting the place to go all out to celebrate. Unfortunately the place was quite barren, not only with celebration but also with people. We sat at our table for nearly 20 minutes before we were able to have our order taken, and then waited over 45 minutes to check out after the food was delivered. We ordered the veggie pot pie and the Mac/cheese pie. The veggie was actually delicious with fresh salad, however the Mac/cheese pie was just Mac and cheese in a smaller container, burnt and dry. We had to go up to the counter to order sweet pies, which came out frozen. I was disappointed with the poor service, lack of flavor and frozen apple pie. COVID review: I came here with my dog and was able to sit in their back outside patio, which is very large. The beer they had on tap were all from Northwest Brewing, which is definitely decent beer. For food, I ordered their turkey mushroom pot pie and enjoyed the creamy mushroom sauce in the pie. My fiancé ordered their mac&cheese pot pie. His dish wasn't really a pot pie, as it was basically mac&cheese with a puff pastry placed on top. Nonetheless, both of us enjoyed our meals here. There's not much to say about this place. The best thing they offer are their adult beverages and the TVs for sports watching. Their pies are not good at all. The meat was quite dry and lacked any flavor or seasoning outright. The pie crust was the only good thing about the pie and that alone was not enough to make me want to finish eating it. I'd give the beer 5 stars but the food could use a little work. I liked the space a lot, it's huge with some outdoor seating as well. I had the mango hef and the blood orange. Ten taps, nine beers brewed in-house and an outside brewed cider. The cider as of this posting is a spiced apple that's like drinking a pie. I thought it was fine in a tasting glass to sip on, but it would have been a bit much in a pint. (your mileage may very) I had a very drinkable IPA and sampled a couple of other taps. They have a Black Lager that's very smooth. The pie in question was very tasty. Beef, vegetables, potatoes, and sauce in a puff pastry crust. Great concept - still maturing in service delivery. Opened up in the old Harmon location in the Stadium District. Craft beer brewed on site with a wide variety of options - but I can't really comment on them as I've only had the IPA - hoppy and balanced without being overwhelming. The 'Pie' refers to small pies - not pizza - think mini Shepard pies. A variety from savory to sweet - about 5 inch's across, served with a small side salad. The pies are flavorful and served piping hot - perfect to eat one or two over the course of an hour or longer while drinking beer. Nice outside patio outside, and plenty of TV's inside to watch a few games during football season. A solid concept which should only continue to improve with age. read more

I like the atmosphere, calm and cool. Very modern, yet with the wood and brick is a great aesthetic. Beer is good the lager my favorite.

Great place for beer and outdoor seating. We have tried all of their beers on tap and believe it or not we like everyone. They have specials during the week so check in regularly for the one that fits you. They fill growlers and have to go cans. They also have cider and wine. We also tried the pies and they were good. They come with a salad and to be honest when I saw it had crumbled cheese and beets I was going to leave it alone. My wife tried it and her eyes lit up. One of the best side salads I have had so good thing I gave it a try. The pies are what I would consider small but they are filling so after eating and drinking it was just enough to have some dessert and we went with the apple pie. Not great is was Luke warm at best and the crust was under cooked. I'm sure it will appeal to some just not me, which is why the 4 stars and not 5. came here with my husband and our two dogs--there is a dog-friendly beer garden which was nice! it has the potential to be really cute, and there's a privacy fence so it feels more removed from the sidewalk, but it's not very well set up or decorated. it was also a little confusing, the hostess told me that we could walk through to the beer garden so i thought we'd get service outside but my husband ended up having to go inside to get a menu and then again to order and pay. they did bring the food out to us when it was ready. we just wanted a quick snack so we each ordered a corn dog and an apple pie--the corn dogs were jalapeño cheddar (apparently unexpected, not the usual restaurant order, but they were tasty), and the apple pie was a slice rather than the individual pie that we expected. they were all pretty big slices, but at $9/slice, definitely not worth it. they also did come out cold... not frozen, but straight from the fridge i guess, and warming them would go a long way. my husband ordered some sort of blood orange beer which was pretty good, and i wasn't drinking. ultimately, i don't think we would return. maybe it'd be nice to sit outside on a warm sunny day with a bunch of friends and dogs, drinking and snacking, but there are honestly better spots for that. we had high hopes but this place fell short which is a shame. read more
