I checked and there are lots of stores in the Chicago area but this appears to be the first in the Milwaukee area. It's a interesting concept. Everything is frozen, including meats, fish, vegetables and meals. There is a large selection of interesting, or what might be considered exotic foods. You can get cuts of Elk, Bison, and Venison. They have organ meats and oxtails. They have a large selection of shrimp, and some that are so big that you might mistake them for lobster. For many of the items, there are plenty of choices. For example there is not just one salmon or shrimp selection. They have at least 12 different types to choose from. For different locations, different types, different, and different types of production standards (organic, non-gmo, pasture raised, etc) The store is well organized. All of the standing freezers or wall units are neatly packed and well labeled. Pricing is easy to discern. It's easy to shop and find what you are looking for. I found the help to all be helpful, and friendly. The staff at the registers were patient, and chatty. I bought a couple of items, and looking forward to cooking up the pasture raised chicken (breasts) and the Gulf Coast shrimp. This is not my side of town, so it's a little out of my way. However, they explained that for $29 you can get a year of free deliveries. That's a great deal!

One thing to note is that it does not appear that they serve hot cooked-to-order food anymore. They no longer had that small kitchen/grill area out front. But they did have a ton of really awesome products! The owner was extremely helpful and grabbed our order from the back, showed us the lobsters, and then packed it up really nicely for us for the drive home, and to keep in the fridge for a few hours until dinner time. We also saw they had live mussels so we grabbed a bag of those too. I also picked up a Better Than Bullion in lobster base, I had never seen that in stores before! We also grabbed some hush puppies from their frozen section. The owner was super excited for us, for our first time cooking fresh lobster, hyped it up and him and the other lady employee were giving us some cooking tips! Everything turned out amazing,, the lobsters were delicious and every mussel was perfectly fresh. Just overall great place and great people!
