We started off paying $115 every month and by the time we left we were paying $188. Our place is still not finished but we went to retrieve something and found out there was a leak somewhere in our unit. We lost all of our furniture and belongings to mold. Not only that we pulled everything out and found mice droppings and that our stuff had been chewed on by mice. Not to mention we found German Roaches in our unit that infested our belongings. Some of our stuff even smelled like a dead animal. We had to get rid of over half of our stuff and they charged us another $75 to rent a U-Haul to move our stuff that was damaged in their facility. They are over priced and uncaring, don't waste your time here.

The new ownership discounted our rate for a limited time to help the adjustment and we were happy to continue to support a small business. Even as we end our business relationship, the went above and beyond. We had to leave town unexpectedly and the crazy snow storm delayed us. Terrible customer service...wouldn't use them. I was set up on automated credit card payments and…read morenever missed a payment for over a year on the two storage units I rented from them. I went over over to my units to clear them out completely and found that they had put their own locks on my units because my credit card had expired. So instead of making a phone call and asking me for the updated expiration date, they lock my unit down on the day I rented a truck and planned on moving out. Poor, poor customer service. After initially declining to do anything about it, they came back and offered me $25 off the monthly rent. Because they are not on site, they couldn't take their lock off immediately, so I have to wait until tomorrow to load and pay for an entire additional day of a rental truck plus the miles to/from the facility. My recommendation would be to use a facility that has on site management and better customer service.
