We started off paying $115 every month and by the time we left we were paying $188. Our place is still not finished but we went to retrieve something and found out there was a leak somewhere in our unit. We lost all of our furniture and belongings to mold. Not only that we pulled everything out and found mice droppings and that our stuff had been chewed on by mice. Not to mention we found German Roaches in our unit that infested our belongings. Some of our stuff even smelled like a dead animal. We had to get rid of over half of our stuff and they charged us another $75 to rent a U-Haul to move our stuff that was damaged in their facility. They are over priced and uncaring, don't waste your time here.

I rented two units at this storage facility in different buildings. One unit I had for a little…read moreover a year and the other for two years. Most of my items in both of my units were damaged or destroyed by rats. Boxes that were on the floors were wet and the bottoms fell out when we lifted them. Only the higher priced plastic storage totes that had the snapping handles and also had been taped were untouched inside but were covered in rat poop and urine. There were also several different types of spiders and large roaches or palmetto bugs on everything. You can't throw anything in their dumpster so I was forced to take everything with me in my moving truck and dispose of most of my belongings in the city dump. I had to disinfect and sort what looked salvageable in my front yard over two days because I couldn't bring anything inside. When I told the woman in the office and asked if my rental included insurance she just said no we don't offer that. No apology or anything! Don't bring your belongings here.

Life threw many curve balls and required me to move back from Richlands to new bern. They moved me again. Amazing service per the usual. everything went into a large shipping container for most part while my new house is being built. James, Melvin and Kenan were so wonderful. Even cracking jokes when I was getting overwhelmed to take my mind off my stress prior to this move, I stopped in office to get more moving supplies. Mr David knew just what I needed. so did Kristen. I can't say enough how thankful I am for these guys. how wonderful they are. they will be coming back to empty my shipping container in a few months into the new house.
