I think your experience will highly be dependent on which agent you choose to work with. They seem to all be independent of one another so don't judge all the agents based on one or two bad ones. Having said this, my absolute favorite Agents are Mark and Gina Leeper at Pinnacle Estate. We've bought and sold three homes with them now and have been so happy with the entire transaction, communication, and overall attitude of this rockstar pair! Gina has always responded so promptly and followed up repeatedly with other agents and sellers/buyers to get things resolved. We're so grateful for her depth and breadth of knowledge as we always have a million questions when buying or selling our home. I was not happy with the service and I felt they lack of experience. I did not feel that she chose the best location for us. I told the realtor about were not too happy with the service and spoke back to me and called me spoiled. I felt she was bit overcharged and kind of rude. I'm not in the least surprised to read so many negative reviews for Pinnacle. My experience was also disastrous. Realtor Mirna Cruz is the single most unethical individual I've ever encountered. We wanted to leave the deal after several attempts at defrauding us. Luckily we called her on her lies and attempted fraud. She has only self-interest in mind. She is the worst kind of realtor. She was constantly on top of every detail, patiently explaining things and taking our calls, texts, and emails. A Pinnacle Realtor approached me to represent me for my house sale. I made a decision to not work with her and stilled faced negative consequences. This Pinnacle Agent from Westlake Village, Eva Daneshnia, then proceeded to verbally assault me In person as well as via text, emails and voicemails. Pinnacle says that her actions are not a reflection of their company, however I beg to differ. Do you really want to work with a company that would hire a person who becomes unhinged because of a disagreement? Selling a house is very stressful and even in this hot real estate market, things can go up and down and many things come out of the woodwork that has to be dealt with in a calm and rational manner. Their Realtor Eva Daneshnia behaved in a totally irresponsible manner. I am happy to upload the many text emails and voicemail messages she left me personally attacking me simply because I had differences of opinions. Eva also demanded a referral fee even though there was no referral engagement signed with the agent I did choose to work with, reflecting her lack of knowledge of basic real estate rules. I was happy to work with a real estate agent who is calm, collective, respectful and very knowledgeable of all the rules that were required to be met to successfully sell my house. It has been a delight having Mark and Gina as our realtor. We purchased and sold our home several times with their help. The first time we purchased - it was our first time and we couldn't have done it without them! They are knowledgeable and have an immense amount of experience and expertise in this field which helped us maneuver through the thickets of real estate. Home buying can really bring out a lot and it is was an amazing experience with the right realtors, Gina and Mark! The recent sell and purchase of our home was in the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic. We had an offer on our home when the government shut everything down. We were still able to get many offers on our home (which was beyond what we expected) and they helped us get extra time to look for our new home that we purchased. They were able to negotiate the best deal that worked best for us! They also worked tirelessly with the lenders to make sure that everything was getting funded at the right time. They are there for you 100%, meticulous with all the ins and outs (real estate law, paperwork, etc), but most importantly they are experienced and trustworthy! This review is for an agent by the name of Stacie and her partner. We did business with them twice and they decided not to pay their second bill for our cleaning services. I manage The Cleaning Crew of San Pedro, we provide commercial cleaning services to vacant property and we work with many realtors in all of southern California. I'll save you the story but here is a quick summary. Cleaning services were scheduled by Stacy without deposit or signed agreement 3 crew members dispatched and arrived to the empty condo Services were provided just as they would for any other client Stacies partner showed up and did not like our work so she decided to scream at my 3 girls Stacies partner had the audacity of asking their pay rate and relationship with the company they worked for Stacies partner questioned their cleaning experience Stacies partner provoked a verbal fight between one of my crew members and herself Stacies partner put some fear in my crew that they would not get paid unless they stayed as long as it took to satisfy her needs. Stacies partner called Stacie and fed her negative information that turned towards me Stacie called me describing how dirty the condo was even towards the end of our cleaning scheduled time without her seing it in person. Stacie relied on her partners poor judgement and exaggerated attitude. Stacies partner was finally satisfied with the work and let my crew go 6 hours later. Stacie received our invoice and decided "I will never pay this invoice because I wasn't satisfied with your services" in her own words. Her invoice was under $300 for 6 hours of service for 3 crew members (I pay my people each $100 per project by the way) 3 Stars for Stacie 0 Stars for Stacies Partner 0 Stars for Pinnacle Estate Properties for not helping us get thru to Stacie (I called twice and they said Stacie is independent and they only have a cell phone number for her) read more

Did business with Arash and Behnaz over the last few years. They made agreements with us and did not keep their word. Did not follow CA legal protocol for lease move out inspection. I recently had a deal with pinnacle. They sold my 1.3 mil property and represented both sides of the deal resulting in 65 thousand dollars of commission to the agency. Later the agency did some business with my company and refused to pay a $250 invoice. I made calls to one of the owners Dana Potter who said he would get back to me 3 months later no call. Pinnacle seems very responsive when charging 65 grand no so when $250. Would never use them again there are too many agents in Valley that have a better understanding that customer service and loyalty extends past 30 day close of escrow. read more
