When that reached its max result, and he then started Isotretinoin (Accutane), the results have been great. The provider saw me for about two minutes (literally) to answer my question, and I was still charged a full visit fee. A medical staff said that didn't seem accurate that I couldn't do both in the same visit. I reached out to the billing department but nothing was resolved. I guess it's my fault for saying I had an additional question when I called to make the appointment. Next time I won't. I was told some providers allow you to ask an additional question or a couple of questions during an appointment, and some don't. I gave two stars because I did genuinely like the providers themselves, but I won't be returning.
