Apparently that doesn't mean anything to these bankers. They are making me jump through all kinds of hoops to prove who I am, even though I've been walking into that branch PERSONALLY for over 6 years. Wells Fargo is NOT good for small businesses. The last thing my banker, David, said to me was "I don't care, bub, we need the forms or we're closing your account". I've already provided the State forms, and they have been verified. They want additional forms most likely because corporate Wells fargo doesn't trust "local" Wells Fargo. What a sham. Stay away, small business owners!

Then, when I was opening the door, I could see his reflection and he was checking me out from head to toe, so awkward. I felt so uncomfortable. I had a question for the Front Desk Attendant but she was occupied on a phone call. She was giving the Customer her account balance. Thats not private if you ask me. That makes me feel uncomfortable too. I went up to the Teller and I told her, I'm going to get my change from my SUV so, I can use the Coin Counting Machine. She said, ok, but their about to close that down soon. So, I went to get change and used the Machine. Then while I was using the Machine that they were getting ready to close. So, I felt like she was wanting me to leave right away. Also, I made a hefty payment on my loan and they put a hold on my Savings Account. I felt really insulted by their choice. I've been a loyal member and never missed a payment on my loan. Overall, I was able to take care of business but, did not like how I was treated.

Second was for not enough money in account when their was and then be told it was because that they don't know what a check looks like. Be prepared to be treated as a convict when they do not know what they are doing.

There is a guy there named Francisco, and he greets me at the door when I come in once a year. He asks about my wife and kids, calls me by name, etc. I already know that he could say "Hey Patrick what's up", but still calls me Mr Johnson. Consummate professional. He's the kind of cool dude that makes you want to go to him after conducting your business and saying "thanks fransisco see you next time" but he's always with another customer already.
